Bei der durch das Patent No. 29793 §^e~ schützten Einrichtung mufste das Oeifnen bezw. Schliefsen eines bestimmten Rohrsystems durch seitlich am Apparate befindliche Hebel bewirkt werden, welche je mit einem Ausflufsröhrchen correspondirten. Es mufste hierbei die Aufmerksamkeit gleichzeitig auf Hebel und Ausflufsröhrchen gerichtet werden und konnte dadurch leicht bei Benutzung eines falschen Hebels ein Verschütten des Liqueurs eintreten. Dies geschieht aber nur dann, wenn die beiden sowohl in die Luft- wie in die Liqueurleitung eingeschalteten Gummischlauchstückchen nicht zusammengedrückt sind. Bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Anordnung wird ein kleiner doppelarmiger Hebel a, welcher um b schwingt, durch die Feder c gegen die Leiste d gedrückt. Der Hebel α ist nun an seinem unteren Ende mit einem Querstück e versehen, und dieses drückt die zwei in die Luft- und Liqueurleitung eingeschalteten Gummischlauchstückchen, welche beide zu einem System gehören, zusammen. Wird also, wie Fig. ι zeigt, vermittelst des Liqueurgläschens das obere Ende χ des Hebels α hochgedrückt, dann werden auf die beschriebene Weise die zusammengedrückten Gummischlauchstückchen freigegeben, wobei der Liqueur durch die Einwirkung des Luftdruckes in die Kühlschlangen gelangt und dann weiter ausfliefst.
