Abstract
Description
- Mehrschichtelement für die Aufnahme - Multi-layer element for the inclusion
The invention relates to a multilayer element for holding heat-insulating, pourable or foamable insulation materials.
As a result of increasingly scarce energy, energy-saving measures are increased Importance to. One of the well-known energy-saving measures is additional thermal insulation of building roofs. There are essentially two types of thermal insulation known: Once heat-insulating insulation materials are in solid form - panels, mats or Like. - Used before their introduction between rafters or purlins exist in their final state. On the other hand, there are substances - foams, granulates or the like. -, introduced into the aforementioned areas, which only after their introduction become a heat insulating mat or layer, be it through curing or by filling up. In the case of new buildings, the aforementioned heat-insulating Insulation materials relatively problem-free. In converted attics you can use their final form existing insulation materials - insulation materials of the above in the first place mentioned type - can only be brought in if either the roof has been at least partially beforehand covered or the inner lining has been removed. Foam or pourable insulation materials - Insulation materials of the type mentioned in the second place - can indeed by a relatively small opening can be made. The filling of the insulation material happens but then more or less uncontrollably into every existing space, like that that there is a risk that the necessary ventilation of the roof cladding is no longer guaranteed is.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to provide a remedy here. The invention lies in the Task is based on a multilayer element for the inclusion of heat-insulating, pouring. or to create foamable insulation materials that in one - already removed - roof, wall or floor cavity introduced and with the insulation material can be filled, whereby it does not exceed predetermined dimensions. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a film tube, the bottom of a gas- and watertight, chemically resistant overlay film and its cover with side walls of a gas-permeable one connected to the support film via seams Fabric is formed, and the thickness of the support film and the fiber fabric penetrating Distance loops is limited, which are supported at their ends with the outside of the film tube Buttons are provided.
When absorbing insulation materials, including fresh in-situ foam, E.g. formaldehyde resin foamed plastics, prevents the absolutely tight support film the escape of chemical substances or on the underside of the film tube Gases out of the film tube on this side. Chemical substances or gases therefore cannot penetrate into the rooms located under the surfaces to be insulated, which is particularly important when subsequently insulating sloping ceilings and collar beam ceilings around inhabited spaces. The fabric that covers the top of the Forms film tube is gas-permeable to a high degree.
This ensures that the processed insulation material diffuses out on this side. The spacer loops, which are buttoned at the ends, give - supported by the seams - the film tube after filling in the insulation material its final shape and ensure the intended thickness of the insulating layer.
When filled, the film tube lies like a cushion, a Mattress or a quilt between rafters or collar beams and pressed sideways to the adjacent components.
Since the thickness of the film tube is predetermined and limited; is the formation of a ventilation cavity above the film tube, in particular between the roof skin and the film tube.
The film tube is used to hold insulating materials - insulating materials - of all kinds. The film tube can be used in new and old buildings. at the insulation of sloping ceilings and wooden beam ceilings can also be used with the film hose can be used for subsequent thermal insulation.
The support film is advantageously formed from synthetic materials. In a further development of the invention, the synthetic materials are reinforced with a grid executed. A metal coating can be provided. In particular, is suitable the film Delta-Reflex / Bl according to DIN 4102 as the support film.
Both synthetic fibers, e.g. glass fibers, and natural threads, e.g. made of wool or cotton, can also be used.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below. The figures show: FIG. 1 one on an end face closed, unfolded film tube in perspective view; Fig. 2 a longitudinal section through part of the film tube filled with insulation material, brought in a roof; 3 shows the top view of the film tube shown in FIG. 2.
Das Gewebe 4 bildet Decke 5 und Seitenwände 6 des Folienschlauchs 2.According to the invention is a multilayer element for receiving heat-insulating, pourable or foamable insulating materials 10 through a film tube 2 marked. The film tube consists of a support film 3 and a fabric 4 formed. The fabric 4 forms the cover 5 and side walls 6 of the tubular film 2.
The support film 3 is connected to the fabric 4 via seams running all around 7 connected. The thickness of the film tube 2 is limited by spacer loops 8, which are provided at their ends with buttons 9, which are located on the outside of the film tube 2 support.
The support film 3 is gas- and water-tight and chemically resistant. In this way it is ensured that insulation materials introduced into the film tube 2 10, also fresh in-situ foams, e.g. formaldehyde resin foams, are not can penetrate the inside of the building out of the film tube 2.
Die Gitterverstärkung 1 erhöht die mechanische Beanspruchbarkeit des Folienschlauchs 2.The support film 3 is preferably made of plastic, in particular made of Polyvinyl chloride. The support film 3 is reinforced with a grid 1 provided. The lattice reinforcement 1 increases the mechanical strength of the Foil tube 2.
Die Metallbeschichtung dient der Wärmereflexion des Folienschlauchs 2.The support film 3 also has a metal coating (not shown) on. The metal coating serves to reflect the heat of the film tube 2.
The fabric 4 can be made of synthetic fibers, in particular Glass fibers, as well as natural threads, especially wool or cotton. The fabric 4 ensures that the processed insulating materials 10 can diffuse out to the outside of the roof. The spacer loops 8 together with the buttons 9 give the film tube 2 after filling the insulating material 10 its final shape. The thickness of the film tube 2 is over the length of the distance loops 8 selectable. This ensures the intended thickness of the insulating layer.
An den Dachsparren 15 liegt der gefüllte Folienschlauch 2 dagegen satt an.made of rafters, adjusted widths. He can be with you on the Support surface 3 resting tissue 4 and with relaxed spacer loops 8 in Rolls are delivered. How long the film tube 2 used in each case must, depends on the application. This is the case, for example, with a subsequent Roof extension in a pointed roof 12 from the top the distance to the eaves side detectable. The film tube is at a length equal to this distance 2 cut off, closed at the lower end, rolled into the sloping roof and then filled from the top face. The film tube 2 is located here on the interior construction 13 of the roof 12. Its thickness is chosen so that between Fabric 4 and roof skin 14 remains a gap for air circulation. On the rafters 15, however, the filled film tube 2 lies snugly.
