Abstract

Gegenstand der Hauptanmeldung P 3109879.7 ist ein Verfahren zur Beseitigung von hinter Kohlekraftwerken anfallenden Abfallprodukten und deren Nutzung unter Verwendung von Abfallwärme aus dem Kraftwerk zur Herstellung von Dammbaustoffen od.dgl. für den untertägigen Bergbau. Die zu beseitigenden Abfallprodukte, wie Filterasche und Rauchgasentschwefelungsgips, werden mit dem nassen und/oder getrockneten Calciumchlorid aus der Rauchgaswäsche gemischt und unter weiterer Zuführung von weiteren Bindemitteln und Härtern, wie Zement, als Dammbau- und/oder Hinterfüllmaterial für den untertägigen Bergbau verwendet. Es wurde nun erfindungsgemäß gefunden, daß durch einen Zusatz von ca. 2-3% Calciumchlorid-Dihydrat (CaCl ↓2 2H ↓2O) zu der genannten Mischung sich ein besonderer Abdichtungsstoff mit einer hohen Bindegeschwindigkeit und einer hohen Festigkeit ergibt. Als besonders geeignet hat sich nachstehende Zusammensetzung erwiesen: 60-65% aus der Rauchgasentschwefelungsanlage, 15-20% Filterachse und/oder Schlacke aus dem Kohlekraftwerkskessel und Filterbereich, ca. 10-15% Anhydrit und/oder Zement, 2,5% Calciumchlorid-Dihydrat.The subject of the main application P 3109879.7 is a method for removing waste products from coal-fired power plants and their use using waste heat from the power plant for the production of dam building materials or the like. for underground mining.
