- - Prothetische Vorrichtung bzw. Otedl, um&ssend eire 3astttagenie furktiLonelle Komponente und über mindestens einen Teil derselben einen porösen überzug aus einem thermoplastischen .siel ι anpassenden ö ^ ,©j-^ibiologisch/ Material, das mit dem Einwachsen von Knochenspänen verträglich ist und dieses begünstigt aus der Gruppe von Polysulfonen, Polyphenylensulfiden, Polyacetalen» thermoplastischen Polyestern, Polycarbonaten, aromatischen Polyamiden, aromatischen Polyamidimiden, thermoplastischenίο Polyimiden, Polyarylätherketonen, Polyaryläthernitrilen und aromatischen Polyhydroxyäther, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß(a) ein wesentlicher Anteil des überzug einen durchschnittlichen Porendurchmesser von etwa 90 bis etwa 600is Micron hat;(b) die Porenzwischenverbindungen einen durchschnittlichen Durchmesser über etwa 50 Micron haben;(c) der Elastizitätsmodul für das nicht-verstärke, feste, nicht-poröse, thermoplastische Material zwischen etwa 17 500 bis etwa 35 000 kg/cm und für das verstärkte, feste, nicht-porb'se thermoplastische Material zwischen etwa 35 000 bis etwa 210 000 kg/cm2 beträgt;(d) die Gesamtporösität über etwa 20 96 liegt und so verteilt ist, daß über den gesamten überzug ein Porösitätsgradient vorliegt, wobei die kleinsten Poren auf der Seite des über zugs vorliegen, die mit der lasttragenden, funktionellen Komponente in Berührung steht, und die größten Poren auf der äußeren Oberfläche des Überzugs vorhanden sind, und(e) die Gesamtkriechbelastung des nicht-verstärkten, festen, nicht-porösen thermoplastischen Materials unter 1 % bei einer konstanten Belastung von 70 kg/cm bei Zimmertemperatur beträgt,wobei alle Eigenschaften ausreichen, damit die auf das Muskelskelettsystem angelegten Belastungen zu den Knochenspänen innerhalb der Poren des Materials abgeleitet werden und eine ausreichende Belastung und Porenstabilität aufrechterhalten wird, um eine irreversible Ossifikation zu begünstigen.130013/0924

- 9.- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer prothetischen Vorrichtung bzw. Teiles, umfassend eine lasttragende funktionelleKomponente und über mindestens einen Teil derselben einen . anpassenaenporösen Überzug aus einem thermoplastischen ,sich biologisch/ Material, das mit dem Einwachsen von Knochenspänen verträglich ist und dieses begünstigt aus der Gruppe von Polysulfonen, Polyphenylensulfiden, Polyacetylen, thermoplastischen Polyestern, Polycarbonaten, aromatischen Polyamiden, aromatischen Polyamidimiden, thermoplastischen Polyimiden, Polyarylätherketonen, Polyaryläthernitrilen und aromatischen Polyhydroxyäthern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man(a) den Zwischenraum zwischen dem Kern- und Hohlraumabschnitt einer Patrizen/Matrizen-Form bzw. Kern-Hülle-Form, in weleher das Kernteil bzw. die Patrize in Form mindestens eines Teils der lasttragenden, funktioneilen Komponente vorliegt, mit einem fein zerteilten thermoplastischen bioengineering Material füllt, von dem mindestens ein gewisser. Anteil eine Verteilung der durchschnittlichen Teilchendurchmesser zwischen etwa 50 bis etwa 600 Micron hat;(b) die Temperatur des Kernteil der Form auf einen Wert zwischen der GlasUbergangstemperatur und der Schmelzverarbeitungstemperatur des thermoplastischen Materials erhöht;(c) anschließend die Temperatur des HUllenteil bzw. der Matrize der Form etwa auf dieselbe Temperatur erhöht;(d) die Temperatur mindestens eines der Teile eine ausreichend lange Dauer aufrechterhält, um das Material mindestens teilweise zu sintern,(e) das Material weiter erhitzt, um es vollständig zu sintern und dem Material die Eigenschaften (a) bis (e) gemäß Anspruch 1 zu verleihen, und(f) das Material an die lasttragende, funktionelle Komponente befestigt.
- 10.- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein gewisser Anteil des fein zerteilten thermo-anpassenden plastischen,sich biologisctyMaterial eine bimodale Verteilung der durchschnittlichen Teilchendurchmesserverhältnis zwischen etwa 7:1 bis etwa 5:1 hat.130013/0924_ j nachgereiohtI

- 12.- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material nach dem Sintern durch mechanische und/ oder chemische Mittel an der la^sttragenden, funktioneilen ίο Komponente befestigt wird.
- 13.- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer prothetischen Vorrichtung bzw. Teiles, umfassend eire lasttragende funktioneile Komponente und über mindestens einen Teil derselben einenis porösen Überzug aus einem thermoplastischen bio-engineering Material, das mit dem Einwachsen von Knochenspänen verträglich ist und dieses begünstigt aus der Gruppe von Polysulfonen, Polyphenylensulfiden, Polyacetylen, thermoplastischen Polyestern, Polycarbonaten, aromatischen Polyamiden,μ aromatischen Polyamidimiden, thermoplastischen Polyimiden, Polyarylätherketonen, Polyarylälthernitrilen und aromatischen Polyhydroxyäthem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man(a) den Zwischenraum zwischen dschnitt einer Patrizen/Matrizen·· bzw. Kern/Hülle-Form, in der das Kernteil die nicht überzogene, lasttragende, funktioneile Komponente ist, mit einem fein zerteilten, thermoplastischen bioengieering Mater<m Kern- und Hohlraumab-al füllt, von dem mindestensein gewisser Anteil eine Verteilung der durchschnittlichen Teilchendruchmesser zwischen etw,a 50 bis etwa 600 Micron3o hat,(b) die Temperatur des Hüllenteil der Form nuf einen Wert zwischen der Glasübergangstemperatur und der Schmelzverarbeitungstemperatur des thermoplatischen Materials für eine ausreichend lange Dauer erhitzt,! um das Material zu einer Vorform zu sintern, die nach Entlfernung des Hüllenteils ihre Form bewahrt, j13001,3/|)924- 5 - j NACHGEREIOHTJ(c) das Hüllenteil der Form entfernt, worauf auf dem Kern eine übergroße, teilweise gesinterte Vorform zurückbleibt,(d) anschließend den Kern erhitzt, um ihn konform zu schrumpfen und das Sintern der Vorform zu beenden.
- 14.- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lasttragende, funktionelle Komponente durch Induktionserhitzen erhitzt wird.
- 15.- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer prothetischen Vorrichtung bzw. Teiles, umfassend eine lasttragende funktionelle Komponente und über mindestens einen Teil derselben einen porösen Überzug aus einem thermoplastischen bio-engineeringis Material, das mit dem Einwachsen von Knochenspänen verträglich ist und dieses begünstigt aus der Gruppe von Polysulfonen, Polyphenylensulfiden, Polyacetylen, thermoplastischen Polyestern, Polycarbonaten, aromatischen Polyamiden, aromatischen Polyamidimiden, thermoplastischen Polyimiden, Polyarylätherketonen, Polyaryläthernitrilen und aromatischen Polyhydroxyäthern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man (a) den Zwischenraum zwischen dem Kern- und Hohlraumabschnitt einer Patrizen/Matrizen- bzw. Kern/HUlle-Form, in der das Kernteil die Form mindestens eines Anteil der last tragenden, funktionellen Komponente hat, mit einem fein zerteilten, thermoplastischen bioengineering Material füllt, von dem mindestens ein Anteil eine Verteilung der durchschnittlichen Teilchendurchmesser zwischen etwa 50 bis etwa 600 Micron hat,(b) die Form zwischen zwei Platten anordnet, so daß die erste Platte mit dem Kernteil und die zweite Platte mit dem HUllenteil in Kontakt steht,(c) anschließend die erste Platte auf eine Temperatur bis zu 40°C oberhalb der Sintertemperatür des Materials und gleichzeitig die zweite Platte auf eine gleiche Temperatur unterhalb dieser Sintertemperatur erhitzt.Der Patentanwalt:13001 3/0924
