Claims (5)

1. Ofen zur Wärmebehandlung von Lebensmitteln, insbesondere Gärschrank (10), mit einer Türe (14), die eine Glasscheibe (16) aufweist, durch die hindurch der Innenraum (18) des Ofens wenigstens teilweise einsehbar ist, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Glasscheibe (16) Heizmittel (22) zum Be­ heizen der Glasscheibe (16) zugeordnet sind.1.
