Claims (14)

1. Kapazitiver flexibler Sensor mit drei in eine Auswerteelektronik führenden, voneinander getrennten Elektroden, zur Detektion des Füllstandes eines Mediums in einem Gefäß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Elektroden untergliedert ist in eine für alle Elektroden gleiche Anzahl von Abschnitten, wobei jeder Abschnitt einer Elektrode zusammen mit den jeweils zugehörigen Abschnitten der anderen Elektroden mechanisch starr verbunden ist und je ein starres Einzelglied (1) bildet, so daß jedes Ein­ zelglied (1) einen Abschnitt jeder Elektrode umfaßt, wobei die Einzelglieder (1) voneinander beabstandet sind und durch eine durchlaufende Basisplatte (6) aus flexiblem Material kettenartig untereinander verbunden sind, und die Abschnitte jeder Elektrode durch flexible Leiter (7), die auf der flexiblen Basisplatte (6) aufgebracht sind, elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind.1.
