The inner city area is increasingly characterized by an ever-increasing number of underground supply lines. In addition, modern communication lines are very valuable, but also very sensitive.
Arbeiten die BauunternehmenFor this reason, the clients require civil engineering companies to use damage-free excavation methods (manual work). This manual work is extremely ineffective and very expensive due to the high labor costs. The construction companies work
Ausschlaggebend für dieseContrary to the regulations in the area of supply systems with hydraulic excavators, the risk of damage is very high. Therefore, in recent years, so-called suction excavators have been increasingly used for these civil engineering works. Here, a negative pressure is generated by a blower, which in turn leads to an enormous air flow of currently up to 25,000 cbm/h. The so-called thin-flow conveying principle is used in these suction systems, i.e. the amount of suction material is very small in relation to the amount of the necessary transport medium, air. The decisive factor for this
The decisive factor in systems is not the pressure difference, but the carrying capacity of fast-flowing air. However, these very large, fast-flowing air volumes complicate the separation of the sucked-in materials from the air flow. Filter arrangements of various types are known from the patents listed above. Pre-filters in the form of flow channels as in EP 0 613 983 Bl have not proven to be very effective in practice. Due to the type of air flow, the position of the deflection points and the shortness of the air paths, the downstream fine filters are subjected to such a heavy load that even with automatic cleaning systems, continuous suction operation cannot be maintained.
Installing the air deflection points close to the bottom of the flow channel causes a continuous further entrainment of the particles initially separated there.
Soil-moist suction material exacerbates this problem even more, as these moist materials are only effectively retained by the micro filter unit.
The large amount of air causes the so-called filter cake to dry and encrustate very quickly, which in turn means that the automatic compressed air cleaning systems are unable to remove this encrustation. Another problem that affects the permanent cleaning of the fine filters in these suction systems is the high flow speed of the suction air flow that prevails in this area, which largely compensates for the opposing compressed air blast from the cleaning system and renders it ineffective.
Another problem area is the relatively high heat development in the machine room, which is mainly caused by large hydraulic power losses. This problem is currently being addressed with complex oil/air cooling systems.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a suction dredger of the type described above, which ensures a significantly higher level of pre-filtration, which leads to a significantly higher level of drying of the residual particles due to the air flow and which creates the possibility of effectively and quickly removing and disposing of the residual dust retained in the fine filter. Furthermore, the invention is intended to ensure effective, cost-effective and energy-efficient cooling of the machine room.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claims 1-9 and shown in Figure 1.
Die einmal hier abgeschiedenen Partikel können vom LuftstromThe suction air "loaded" with material passes through the suction hose (2) into the collection chamber (3). Here, due to the air calming, a gravity separation of the larger particles (11) takes place. Lighter particles are carried along with the air flow and reach the separation chambers (4). In these separation chambers (4), the air is deflected several times by 180°. These deflection points (14) are not located near the floor, but near the middle of these separation chambers (4). This has the significant advantage that a relatively large separation chamber (4a) is created below these deflection points (14), which is no longer touched by the air flow. The particles that have been separated here can be removed by the air flow
Another important feature for increasing the separation rate is a speed increase (5) of the air flow installed shortly before the deflection point (14). This speed increase (5) gives the particles in the suction air a higher kinetic energy, which in turn leads to greater inertia and thus to a higher separation rate. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, this speed increase (5) is achieved by a cross-sectional tapering installed on the deflection side of the suction air flow, which does not occur abruptly, but rather evenly. Through this preferred embodiment, the particles in the air flow not only experience an increase in energy, but also an impulse acting in the opposite direction to the flow direction of the deflection point (14), which significantly increases the separation rate. These separation chambers (4) are connected several times in series and ensure that all essential components are separated from the suction air. In order to achieve the greatest possible drying effect on the particles in the suction air, long paths were chosen for the air flow.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the first separation chamber (4) is located in the rear part of the tilting container, the others in the front part, immediately in front of the fine filter unit (7). A preferred embodiment is characterized by the fact that two separation chambers (4) are installed, one in the rear and one in the front part of the tilting container, which are connected via flow channels (6) in the lid (12). These long flow paths cause the particles carried along to dry out considerably and prevent the fine filter (T) from becoming incrusted.
Die durch die automatische DruckluftreinigungsanlageDue to their low weight and the resulting low inertia, fine dust will be able to follow the multiple air deflections and will only be filtered out of the air flow in the micro filter (7). This micro filter (7) preferably consists of filter cartridges that are arranged vertically. In order to keep the flow speed of these filter cartridges as low as possible, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention the last partition wall (8) is designed to be permeable to air. This embodiment results in a significant increase in the flow area and thus lower flow speeds, which have a strong effect on better cleaning behavior of these filter cartridges. The air flow generated by the automatic compressed air cleaning system
Die Reinigungsaufwendungen werden drastisch reduziert.(9) particles detached from the fine filter (7) fall to the bottom of the fine filter unit (T). By integrating the separation chambers (4) and the complete fine filter (T) into the tipping container, a complete emptying of not only the collection chamber (3) but also the separation chambers (4) and the fine filter (J) is achieved with each tipping process. The cleaning effort is drastically reduced.
Eine Rückschlagklappe (10a)The problem of cooling the machine room (13) is solved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in a very energy-efficient way by using the so-called Venturi effect. The suction air flow leaves the blower (1) on the pressure side at a very high speed. In the immediate vicinity of the air outlet, a tubular air supply (10) is created at an acute angle, open to the machine room (13). The open part ends in the immediate vicinity of the largest heat source in the machine room (13). The very fast-flowing air that leaves the blower (1) creates a negative pressure in the air supply (10) installed at an acute angle, which in turn leads to the warm air in the machine room (13) being sucked out. A non-return valve (10a)
This advantageous design makes it possible to achieve a sufficiently good cooling effect in the machine room (13) without additional energy expenditure.
