Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a suction dredger for receiving suction material, such as soil on buried pipes or sludges, with a pneumatic suction turbine for generating a suction air stream, which is connected to a collecting container, above it is a guide space for guiding the suction air flow, with in Saugluftstrom in a filter chamber arranged filters.
A disadvantage of known suction dredgers is the cleaning of the filter depending on the material to be absorbed, because the filters must be cleaned regularly. This leads to business interruptions that affect the productivity of the suction dredger.
The object of the present invention is therefore to increase the productivity of the suction dredger.
- [A1] Since the filter chamber with all the filters is modularly constructed as an assembly so that a plurality of filters are arranged standing or lying in a common space and connected to each other, the filters can be changed together. Changing the filter basket, thus allowing a quick replacement of all filters at the site of the suction dredger. The operational readiness is thus increased. Replacing the filter basket to clean the individual filters is faster than cleaning the excavator itself. The entire filter chamber receives a reserve filter basket with clean filters. In case of failure or cleaning, the excavator can continue working immediately after an exchange. In addition, filter baskets with adapted to the particular application filters with different filter sizes, ie different pore size, assembled. The filter baskets can be tested after cleaning the filters or before use in the suction dredger in a test rig under test conditions. Faults during commissioning are thus avoided.
- [A2] By providing at least one engagement, preferably engagement shoes for engagement with forklift tines on the filter basket and / or forming the engagement as a groove in the bottom of the filter basket, the filter basket is rapidly interchangeable with normal site equipment. Other construction vehicles can be used to change the filter basket. Examples are construction cranes or side-mounted power arms mounted on the suction dredge, which engage in the load-carrying means of the filter basket.
- [A3] In a preferred embodiment it is provided that at least one attachment point for a load-receiving means is present on the filter basket. As load handling means edges or eyes can be formed and / or holes are used. By means of the at least one stop point, the filter basket can be lifted into its seat in the filter chamber.
- [A4] The measure that the filter basket guides are provided, which is preferably designed as a central guide with a center hole in the bottom of the filter basket and / or that guide rails / grooves are provided on the outer periphery of the filter basket, facilitates the installation of the filter basket in the dredger. Even with terrain-related inclination of the suction dredger or in the tilted state of the filter chamber, the filter basket slides easily into its intended seat.
- [A5] Having at least one dust blow out outlet in the filter basket allows dust or debris-laden cleaning air or liquid to be removed immediately at cleaning intervals.
- [A6] In a preferred embodiment, the filter basket is at the rear end of the vehicle arranged. This results in favorable flow paths. The pressure loss decreases.
- [A7] Due to the fact that the suction dredger has a guide space for guiding the suction air and the filter basket is circumferentially sealed against a filter basket seat along its upper edge along its side edges in the position of use to the guiding space, the performance is increased because of low leakage losses ,
- [A8] It is possible to clean the filters one by one or the filter basket as a whole when the suction dredger has a cleaning device for cleaning, in particular, blowing out the filters of the filter basket of dirt. The cleaning device is arranged in the lid. When changing the filter basket then no media connections must be disconnected. The cleaning device also remains at the filter basket change in position.
- [A9] In a preferred embodiment, the suction dredger has a closure, in particular a quick release, for securing the filter basket in its position of use. This facilitates the quick change of the filter basket, ie the disassembly and assembly of the basket.
- [A10] The filter basket is easier to detach from its seat when a tilting device, in particular a hydraulic ram for tilting the filter basket and / or the collecting container is provided on the suction dredger.
Die Figuren der Zeichnung zeigen im Einzelnen:A preferred embodiment of the invention will be explained by way of example with reference to a drawing. The figures of the drawing show in detail:
