Um einen gleichbleibenden Fugenabstand zwischen den Abschlußschenkeln und den zu schützenden Keramikplattenkanten zu erreichen, sind etwa mittig zu den Plattenkanten hin gerichtet an den Abschlußschenkeln vorstehende Stegleisten angeformt, deren Stärke den Fugenabstand zwischen dem Ende des jeweiligen Abschlußschenkels und der benachbarten Plattenkante bestimmt. Mit der Erfindung werden Profile zur Eckausbildung an Gebäudeflächen vorgeschlagen, die mit nur einem einzigen Befestigungsschenkel unter zu schützenden Keramikplatten zu befestigen sind. Dabei bilden Maßnahmen an den am zweiten Schenkel angeformten Außenschenkelabschnitt, zum Teil mit den abstandshaltenden Mitteln, Kammern, die den Fugenmörtel aufnehmen. Diese Kammern erfüllen in an sich bekannter Weise die Anforderungen an die Verklammerungsmöglichkeit für den Fugenmörtel, wobei der Schutz der benachbarten Plattenkanten durch die entsprechenden Kammerstege gesichert ist. Hinter den Keramikplatten einer Wandseite ist das Profil 3 mit seinem Befestigungsschenkel 31 untergebracht. Die Stirnseite dieses Kammersteges 36 begrenzt die mit den benachbarten Keramikplatten 2 gebildete von außen sichtbare Fuge, deren Breite mit B angegeben ist. Das Ende des Außenschenkels 34 ist parallel zum Befestigungsschenkel 31 abgewinkelt und bildet ebenfalls einen Kammersteg 35. Dieser Kammersteg 35 bildet ebenfalls die Wandung einer Kammer 4, die ebenfalls mit Fugenmörtel verfüllbar ist. Das stirnseitige Ende dieses Kammersteges 35 bildet vorherbestimmt durch den Abstandssteg 37 mit den benachbarten Keramikplatten 2 die nach außen sichtbare Fuge, deren Fugenbreite mit A angegeben ist.An outer leg section with an approximately T-shaped cross-section is formed on the second leg 32 facing outwards.
