Description
In Funkuhren werden zur Getriebestandserkennung vorwiegend optoelektronische Lichtschrankensysteme verwendet, die das gesamte Zeigerwerk schrittwinkelgenau rückerkennen und dabei meistens sämtliche Getrieberäder in das Lichtschrankensystem einbeziehen müssen. Dazu sind komplizierte Strahlengänge des Lichtes und Strahlengangumlenkungen mittels Spiegeln erforderlich. Außerdem sind bei schnellen Drehungen der Getrieberäder, zum Beispiel beim Suchlauf einer bestimmten Getriebeposition, optoelektrische Erkennungsprobleme auf Grund der elektrischen und mechanischen Toleranzen der Bauelemente festzustellen, die keine absolut sichere Erkennung einer bestimmten exakten Getriebeposition ermöglichen. Solche Anwendungen sind in den Schutzrechten DE 3510861 und DE 3513961 beschrieben. Eine Trennung der Getriebestandserkennung von einerseits Sekunden- und Minutenräderwerk und andererseits Stundenräderwerk kann das Problem lösen.In radio-controlled clocks, optoelectronic light barrier systems are mainly used to detect the gear position. Die Schutzrechte DD 277540 und DE 19632011 bieten hierzu eine Lösung an, zumal hier die schrittgenaue Erkennung einer bestimmten Getriebeposition durch Mittelwertbildung über mehrere Einzelschritte erfolgt und somit die obengenannten Fehlerquellen eliminiert werden. Für die Stundenraderkennung benutzt man eine anspruchsgemäße Anordnung sehr vorteilhaft. Je genauer man die Position des Stundenrads erkennt, um so schneller und mit um so weniger technischem Aufwand ist die eine bestimmte Stellung des Räderwerks zu erkennen. Die analoge Meßwerterfassung der Drehung des Stundenrads machte es natürlich erforderlich, daß die übliche digitale Steuerbaugruppe der Funkuhr durch eine analoge Schnittstellen zur analogen Meßwertverarbeitung ergänzt wird.The patents DD 277540 and DE 19632011 offer a solution to this, especially since the precise detection of a specific gear position is carried out by averaging over several individual steps, thus eliminating the above-mentioned sources of error.
