Kopplungsmodul für Leitern, insbesondere SprossenanlegeleiternCoupling module for ladders, especially rung ladders
Bei Leitern existieren, nach EN 131-1 sehr unterschiedliche Bauarten. Dabei ist der konstruktive Aufbau in Abhängigkeit vom Leiterntyp sehr verschieden. Als einfachster und demzufolge auch als billigster Leitertyp muß die einteilige Sprossenanlegeleiter betrachtet werden. Auf Grund der einfachen Bauart ist dieser Leitertyp auch nur fur begrenzte Einsatzzwecke geeignet, d.h. es muß immer ein geeignetes Objekt zum Anlehnen der Leiter vorhanden sein. Wenn freistehend eine größere vertikale Distanz überbrückt werden soll, muß dazu ein komplizierterer und teuerer Leitertyp verwendet werden.According to EN 131-1, there are very different types of ladder. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine technische Lösung zu finden, die es ermöglicht, mit einfachen Leiterteilen und einem Kopplungsmodul komplizierte Leitertypen und Leiterfunktionen zusammenstellen zu können.The invention is based on the object of finding a technical solution that makes it possible to assemble complicated conductor types and conductor functions using simple conductor parts and a coupling module.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Anspüchen 1 bis 6 angegeben. Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, ein Kopplungsmodul zu schaffen, daß in seiner Geometrie und Funktion geeignet ist, einfache Leiterteile in definierter Form und Funktion formschlüssig aufzunehmen und zu arretieren. Ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figur 1 erläutert. Das Kopplungsmodul (I) besteht im wesentlichen aus C-Profilen (1, &Ggr;, 1") deren Abstand zueinander und dessen Abmessungen Formschluß mit definiertem Spiel zu der Außenkontur des Sprossenanlegeleiternteiles (&Pgr;) bilden. Der definierte Abstand der C-Profile wird durch mindestens 2 stoffschlüssig angebrachte Sprossen (2) gehalten. Zur Fixierung der Leiterteile (H) im Kopplungsmodul (I) sind an den C-Profilen federnde Arretierelemente angebracht, die in der Mittenachse des C-Profiles in eine am Rücken des C-Profiles eingebrachte Bohrung (4) eintauchen. Wenn das Sprossenanlegeleiternteil (H) in das Kopplungsmodul (I) eingeschoben ist, und die Bohrungsachse im C-Profil ist fluchtend mit der Sprossenmittenachse, kann das federnde Arretierelement (3) in den umbördelten Hohlraum (6) der Leitersprosse (5) eintauchen und die Sprossenanlegeleiterteile fixieren.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in claims 1 to 6. Dabei entspncht der Abstand der Arretierelemente (3) an den C-Profilen (1) genau dem Sprossenabstand der Sprossenanlegeleiterteile (&Pgr;). Anwendungsbeispiele des Kopplungsmodules werden in den Figuren 2 bis 7 dargestellt. Fig. 2 zeigt die Anwendung als 2-teilige Sprossenanlegeleiter, Fig. 3 stellt eine Mehrzweckleiter dar. In Fig. 4 ist eine Stehleiter dargestellt. Durch das durchgängige C-Profil (1) läßt sich ein Leiterteil höher schieben und fixieren, so daß auch Niveauunterschiede ausgeglichen werden können. Fig. 5 + 6 zeigen die Anwendung als Kleingerüst. Dabei muß ein Sprossenanlegeleiternteil den Grundrahmen des Gerüstbodens bilden, der Gerüstbelag wird auf dem Grundrahmen aufgelegt und befestigt. Auch hierbei sind Niveauunterschiede überbrückbar. Auf Fig. 7 ist ein C-Profil schwenkbar ausgeführt. Dadurch läßt sich das Kopplungsmodul zusammenklappen, es muß aber zusätzlich eine Spreizsicherung (1) angebracht werden, oder das Gelenk arretierbar sein.The distance between the locking elements (3) on the C-profiles (1) corresponds exactly to the rung distance of the rung ladder parts (�Pgr;).
