Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schrank und dabei insbesondere einen Waffenschrank. Zum Aufbewahren der jeweils vorgesehenen Gegenstände besitzen die Schränke eine entsprechende Innenfachausstattung. Bei Waffenschränken, die aufgrund der geforderten Sicherheitsstufe ein- oder zweiwandige Stahlschränke sind, sind Halteeinrichtungen vorgesehen, um Langwaffen und bei zweiwandigen Stahlwaffenschränken auch Kurzwaffen sicher aufbewahren zu können.
