Stand der Technik:
Verleimte Bretter, Ablageflächen, Platten (z.B. Tischplatten) aus verschiedenen Materialien und ähnliche belastbaren Flächen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, daß diese aus steifen Material gefertigt sind und in Ihrer Form nicht wirklich reduzierbar sind. Sie sind allenfalls zusammenklappbar und daher schwer zu verstauen, bzw., transportieren. Bestehende Lamellenkonstruktionen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, daß diese einen Führungsmechanismus oder eine Versteifung benötigen, um Belastungen standzuhalten. Sie sind auf einer Seite mit zwei oder mehr Streifen aber nicht vollflächig miteinander verbunden.
Problemstellung:
Es gilt eine belastbare Fläche zu konstruieren, die zusammenrollbar ist, ohne einen Zusatzmechanismus einzusetzen.
Lösung:
Dieses Problem werden dadurch gelöst, daß auf Grund der festen Materialeigenschaften der Lamellen und deren Materialstärke ein Formschiuß bei Druckbelastung entsteht, wenn die Lamellen unterseitig auf einem flexiblen Trägermaterial vollflächig angebracht sind.

Fig. 5 Querschnitt, Druckbelastung (5) von oben, Auflage/Haltepunkte (1+2), es entsteht ein Formschluß aufgrund der Materialstärke und Verbindung mit dem Trägermaterial. Man könnte z.B. etwas auf das Brett stellen, ohne das es durchknickt.

In den Figuren ist das Brett und seine prinzipielle Konstruktion ersichtlich. Die Lamellen (4) sind auf einem flexiblen Trägermatenal (3) vollflächig befestigt. Das Brett läßt sich z.B. wie ein Tablett tragen, wenn es an den Haltepunkten {1 +2) gehalten wird. Es kann als Picknickbrett dienen, wenn der Unterboden uneben ist oder als Ablageplatte fungieren, wenn mindestens zwei Auflagepunkte (1+2) vorhanden sind. AiIe Größen und Formen sind möglich, so daß auch ein industrieller Einsatz denkbar ist. Wie aus den Darstellungen ersichtiich ist, !äßt sich das Brett, wenn man es umdreht, zusammenrollen.

Claims (1)

  1. Schutzansprüche:
    Zusammenrollbares Brett,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aufgrund seiner Lamellenkonstruktion ohne Führungsmechanismus zusammenrollbar ist. Im ausgerollten Zustand ergibt sich eine geschlossene, einseitig belastbare Fläche, sofern es mindestens an den Punkten (1+2) aufliegt, bzw. gehalten wird.
