Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdichtraatte mit einem quellfähigen Kern, insbesondere Bentonit, der beidseitig von einem Textilmaterial eingefaßt wird. Sie bezieht sich desweiteren auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Abdichtraatte, bei dem zunächst ein Textilmaterial hergestellt und gegenüberliegend angeordnet wird, dann dazwischen ein Kern quellfähigen Tons eingebracht und schließlich die beiden Seiten des Textilmaterials miteinander verbunden werden. Schließlich ist die Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zum Verlegen solcher Abdichtmatten gerichtet.The invention relates to a sealing mat with a swellable core, in particular bentonite, which is surrounded on both sides by a textile material. Auch beim Straßenbau in Grundwasserschutzgebieten sieht man solche wasserdichten Versiegelungen vor, um im Schadensfall eine Kontaminierung des Grundwassers zu verhindern. Die so hergestellte Mattenbahn wird dann einer Nadelmaschine zugeführt, die die freien Lagen der Materialbahn miteinander vernadelt. Die Vernadelung der beiden Textilmaterialbahnen kann dem nur geringen Widerstand entgegensetzen. Derartige Abdichtmatten können deshalb nur bei trockenem Wetter verlegt werden. Außerdem dürfen solche Matten nur auf ebenem Boden, allenfalls sehr flachen Böschungen angeordnet werden, denn die Abdichtmatte bildet unter dem Einfluß von Feuchte eine Gleitschicht. Der Vorzug solcher Abdichtmatten liegt darin, daß sie bis auf die Streifenbereiche wasserundurchlässig beschichtet sind, so daß Feuchtigkeit praktisch nicht eindringen und deshalb die Verlegung solcher Abdichtmatten auch bei feuchten Umgebungsbedingungen problemlos durchgeführt werden kann. Bin Quellen des Kerns findet nur in den Bereichen der aufeinanderliegenden Streifenbereiche statt, da dort die Feuchte mangels Beschichtung über das Textilmaterial Zugang zum Kern hat. Ansonsten sind die Doppelabstandsgewebe nach Einfüllen des quellfähigen Materials miteinander vernäht. Eine solche Abdichtmatte zeichnet sich durch hohe Scherstabilität aus. Sie behält diese Schwerstabilität auch dann, wenn das Kernmaterial aufgrund von Feuchtigkeitseintritt aufquillt und pastös wird.
