Die Erfindung betrifft einen tiefgezogenen, versiegel- und pasteurisierbaren Schalenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit Mehrzweckdeckel, ausgerichtet zum Abpacken von Lebensmitteln, insbesondere zum Verpacken von Fischfeinkosterzeugnissen, abgefüllt unter Vakuum bei gleichzeitiger Schutzgaszugabe zur Langzeitlagerung.The invention relates to a deep-drawn, sealable and pasteurizable tray container made of plastic with a multi-purpose lid, designed for packaging foodstuffs, in particular for packaging delicatessen fish products, filled under vacuum with simultaneous addition of protective gas for long-term storage.
