Beschreibung Winde! mit Aktivkohlezusatz
Windeln herkömmlicher Art für Kleinkinder oder Erwachsene bieten während der Verwendung keinen ausreichenden Schutz vor der Bildung und Ausbreitung von Bakterien und anderen Mikroorganismen. Entstehende Geruchsmoleküle werden nicht chemisch gebunden, sondern nur durch den Zellstoff an der Ausbreitung beeinträchtigt.
Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, daß handelsübliche Windelprodukte während des Gebrauchs bedingt durch Feuchtigkeitsgehalt und Körpertemperatur optimale Brutplätze zur Entstehung und Vermehrung von Bakterien und anderer Mikroorganismen bieten.
Das Windelmaterial ist von aHein nicht in der Lage effektiv und dauerhaft freiwerdende Geruchsmoleküle zu binden.
Dieses Problem wird mit den im Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß durch eine Verwendung von Aktivkohle freiwerdende Geruchsmoleküle gebunden werden und so die vom Verbraucher gewünschte Geruchsneutralrtät als wichtiges Hygienekriterium erzielt wird. Durch die Verwendung von Aktivkohle in bzw. auf der Windel entsteht eine keimabtötende Wirkung, wobei sich in der Entwicklung befindliche Bakterien und Mikroorganismen vernichtet werden, und eine örtliche Sterilität erzeugt wird.
Die Möglichkeit der Bildung eines Nährbodens für körperfremde gesundheitsgefährdende Kleinstorganismen wird optimal präventiv verhindert.
Bisher sind keine gesundheitsschädigende Nebenwirkungen von medizinischer Sicht her bekannt und Aktivkohle ist als verwendungsunbedenklich einzustufen. Derzeit werden Aktivkohlefilter in der Wasserreinigung, der Luftfiltration und bei militärischen Schutzanzügen zur Abwehr von biologischen und chemischen Kampfstoffen, z.B. Gasen und Flüssigkeiten, mit größtem Erfolg eingesetzt.

Claims (2)

i Schutzansprüche
1. Windel mit Aktivkohiezusatz. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer Windel Aktivkohle zugesetzt wird, welche
1. durch eine extra Einlage (aktivkohtebeschichtetes Flies) bei der Herstellung mit in den Windelzellstoff integriert wird,
und / oder
2. anderweitig die Aktivkohlepartikel direkt aufgetragen oder in flüssiger Form bei der Herstellung in den Zellstoff eingebracht werden.
