Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Gleitschutzvorrichtung für Schuhwerk, die lediglich zwei mit Greifspitzen versehene, auf der Unterseite der Sohle des Schuhwerkes anlegbare, gelenkig zu einer Schere verbundene, aus Blechstreifen hergestellte Greifschienen aufweist, welche an ihren vorderen Enden an den Sohlenrand sich anlegende Klemmbacken tragen und von deren hinteren Enden ein als Schlaufe um den Fersenteil des Schuhwerks legbares elastisches Befestigungsband ausgeht.The invention is based on an anti-skid device for footwear, which has only two gripping rails made of sheet metal strips, which are provided with gripping tips and can be placed on the underside of the sole of the footwear, are connected in an articulated manner to form a pair of scissors and have clamping jaws at their front ends which rest against the edge of the sole and from whose rear ends an elastic fastening band extends which can be placed as a loop around the heel part of the footwear.

Eine Gleitschutzvorrichtung dieser Art ist aus der US-PS 11 17 019 bekannt. Bei der bekannten Gleitschutzvorrichtung sind die Klemmbacken verschwenkbar an den vorderen Enden der Greifschienen befestigt, so daß diese sich flächig an den Sohlenrand anlegen. An diesen Klemmbacken sind Befestigungsränder angenietet, die oberhalb des Zehenbereichs mittels einer Schnalle geschlossen werden können. An den beiden hinteren, an der Sohlenfläche anliegenden Enden der Greifschienen sind die Enden eines elastischen Befestigungsbandes befestigt, das als Schlaufe um den Fersenteil des Schuhwerkes legbar ist. Bei dieser Gleitschutzvorrichtung besteht die Gefahr, daß zum Beispiel beim schnellen Gehen oder beim Aufwärtsgehen auf einer geneigten Fläche das Schuhwerk gegenüber der Gleitschutzvorrichtung gegen die Wirkung des elastischen Befestigungsbandes nach hinten rutscht. Das elastische Befestigungsband kann aufgrund seiner Elastizität dieses Nach-hinten-rutschen nicht ausreichend verhindern, zumal man die Vorspannung dieses Befestigungsbandes nur so groß wählen kann, daß noch kein unangenehmer Druck auf die Ferse des Benutzers ausgeübt wird. Weil beim Anlegen dieser Gleitschutzvorrichtung das vordere Befestigungsband angezogen und mittels der Schnalle geschlossen werden muß, ist dieses Anlegen der Gleitschutzvorrichtung relativ umständlich.An anti-skid device of this type is known from US-PS 11 17 019. Aus der FR-PS 10 78 573 ist eine Gleitschutzvorrichtung bekannt mit einem auf der Unterseite der Sohle eines Schuhwerkes anlegbaren, flachen Blechkreuz mit eingeprägten Greifspitzen. Das Blechkreuz wird von einem elastischen Befestigungsband an der Unterseite der Sohle gehalten. Das elastische, endlose Befestigungsband bildet eine 8 und ist im Bereich der Kreuzung am Blechkreuz so befestigt, daß die größere hintere Schlaufe um das Fersenteil des Schuhwerkes und die kleinere vordere Schlaufe um den Zehenbereich des Schuhwerkes gelegt werden kann. Bei dieser relativ einfach anzulegenden Gleitschutzvorrichtung besteht die Gefahr, daß sich bei größeren Belastungen das mit Greifspitzen versehene Blechkreuz gegenüber der Sohle verschiebt, und zwar sowohl nach hinten als auch nach vorne oder zur Seite.FR-PS 10 78 573 discloses an anti-skid device with a flat metal cross with embossed gripping tips that can be placed on the underside of the sole of a shoe. Bei einer aus der DE-PS 6 80 773 bekannten Gleitschutzvorrichtung sind die Klemmbacken an ihrem oberen freien Ende nach innen hakenartig zurückgebogen und greifen mit diesen Haken über den Rand der Sohle eines Schuhwerkes. Die hinteren Klemmbacken der Greifschienen sind verschwenkbar auf den Greifschienen befestigt. In der Nähe der beiden hinteren Klemmbacken sind an den Greifschienen sich kreuzende Laschen angelenkt, an deren hinterem Ende das als Schnallenband ausgebildete Befestigungsband angeschlossen ist. Diese Gleitschutzvorrichtung läßt sich nur in einem relativ kleinen Bereich an Schuhe oder Stiefel unterschiedlicher Größe anpassen, obgleich die hinteren Klemmbacken verschwenkbar an den Greifschienen befestigt sind. Bei Schuhwerk mit einem seitlich nicht vorstehenden Sohlenrand kann die bekannte Gleitschutzvorrichtung keinen ausreichenden Halt am Schuhwerk finden. Außerdem kann die bekannte Gleitschutzvorrichtung nur an einem Schuh oder Stiefel befestigt werden, dessen Sohle eine bestimmte, den übergreifenden hakenartigen Klemmbacken angepaßte Dicke aufweist. Schließlich ist die Herstellung dieser Gleitschutzvorrichtung aufwendig, weil sowohl die hinteren Klemmbacken als auch die sich kreuzenden Laschen verschwenkbar an den Greifschienen befestigt werden müssen.In an anti-skid device known from DE-PS 6 80 773, the clamping jaws are bent back inwards like a hook at their upper free end and use these hooks to grip over the edge of the sole of a shoe. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfache und preiswert herstellbare Gleitschutzvorrichtung für Schuhwerk zu schaffen, die ohne Aufwand schnell und rutschsicher an Schuhwerk unterschiedlicher Größe angelegt werden kann.The invention is based on the object of creating a simple and inexpensive to produce anti-slip device for footwear, which can be applied quickly and without effort to footwear of different sizes in a slip-proof manner.

Ausgehend von einer Gleitschutzvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß auch an den hinteren Enden der Greifschienen an den Sohlenrand sich anlegende Klemmbacken vorgesehen sind und die vorderen und hinteren Klemmbacken durch Abbiegungen der Endbereiche der Greifschienen gebildet und an ihren oberen Enden mit je einer flachen Öse versehen sind und durch diese Ösen das Befestigungsband so geführt ist, daß, ausgehend von den Ösen der hinteren Klemmbacken, es als sich kreuzendes Band zu den Ösen der vorderen Klemmbacken der jeweils gleichen Greifschiene verläuft und dann die Ösen der vorderen Klemmbacken unmittelbar verbindet. Da diese Kanten im wesentlichen nur eine Linienberührung mit dem Sohlenrand haben, bewirkt die vom elastischen Befestigungsband auf die beiden vorderen Klemmbacken der Greifschiene ausgeübte Zugkraft, daß je eine Kante der beiden vorderen und hinteren Klemmbacken sicher in Anlage an den Sohlenrand gehalten ist. Da ferner der Sohlenrand im Bereich der vorderen Klemmbacken - von vorne gesehen - divergiert und im Bereich der hinteren Klemmbacken konvergiert, ist bei richtigem Anlegen der Gleitschutzvorrichtung an einer Sohle ein zuverlässiger Halt dieser Gleitschutzvorrichtung am Schuhwerk gewährleistet.The anti-skid device is placed under the sole of a shoe with the two articulated gripping rails in such a way that one edge of the two front clamping jaws as well as one edge of the two rear clamping jaws are on the edge of the sole. • - Es hält die Gleitschutzvorrichtung dadurch am Schuh fest, daß es mit Spannung oberhalb des vorderen Teils des Schuhwerks verläuft und so die Greifschienen gegen die Unterfläche der Sohle drückt.

Die Gleitschutzvorrichtung weist zwei kreuzweise angeordnete Greifschienen 1 und 2 auf, die über einen Niet 3 verschwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind. Die Greifschienen 1, 2 sind aus Blechstreifen hergestellt. An den Enden der Greifschienen 1, 2 sind jeweils rechtwinklig zur Längsrichtung der Greifschienen 1, 2 Klemmbacken 4, 5 und 6, 7 abgewinkelt, an deren oberen Enden längliche Ösen 8 angeordnet sind. Claims (2)

Gleitschutzvorrichtung für Schuhwerk, die lediglich zwei mit Greifspitzen versehene, auf der Unterseite der Sohle des Schuhwerkes anlegbare, gelenkig zu einer Schere verbundene, aus Blechstreifen hergestellte Greifschienen aufweist, welche an ihren vorderen Enden an den Sohlenrand sich anlegende Klemmbacken tragen und von deren hinteren Enden ein als Schlaufe um den Fersenteil des Schuhwerks legbares elastisches Befestigungsband ausgeht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch an den hinteren Enden der Greifschienen (1, 2) an den Sohlenrand sich anlegende Klemmbacken (6, 7) vorgesehen sind und die vorderen und hinteren Klemmbacken (4, 5 und 6, 7) durch Abbiegungen der Endbereiche der Greifschienen (1, 2) gebildet und an ihren oberen Enden mit je einer flachen Öse (8) versehen sind und durch diese Ösen (8) das Befestigungsband (12) so geführt ist, daß, ausgehend von den Ösen (8) der hinteren Klemmbacken (6, 7), es als sich kreuzendes Band (15) zu den Ösen (8) der vorderen Klemmbacken (6, 7) der jeweils gleichen Greifschiene (1, 2) verläuft und dann di Ösen (8) der vorderen Klemmbacken (4, 5) unmittelbar verbindet. 1.
