Description
Bei dieser Ausbildung wird ein geschlossenes nicht flüssigkeitsdurchlässiges Band als oberes Band verwendet, so daß bewußt auf eine weitereThe invention relates to a belt filter press for the dewatering of substances, in particular in Sewage treatment plants accumulating sludge, with at least two endless sieve belts, between which the The material to be dewatered is passed over an elongated, roughly horizontal wedge zone, in which the distance between the two main webs gradually decreases and the lower main web through Rolls lying transversely to the running direction are supported, while the upper sieve belt is supported by a rigid one Counterpressure member is supported. In the known belt filter presses of this type (DE-OS 23 30 029) is in In a first stage a pre-drainage is carried out, in which the material to be drained is transferred to a sieve belt arrives, which is optionally equipped with pockets made of water-permeable material, wherein the water drips under the action of gravity. In the wedge zone, the water should come out of the too draining material to be squeezed out. Here are the two in the known arrangements Sieve belts with the layer of the material to be dewatered between two rows of rollers with small Diameter passed through. It has been shown that the drainage in the wedge zone when performing the screen belts between the two rows of rollers has a poor efficiency because each time the screen in question runs down on the roller, a liquid wedge forms and only on the Underside of the sieve belt, the water of the liquid wedge can be drained off, while on the Upper side of the sieve belt this water is pressed back into the substance to be dewatered. At a Another known design of a belt press (FR-PS 11 30 181) is the upper belt in the wedge zone supported by bars, which are designed to reduce friction with the upper band with indentations or Grooves are provided. In this design, a closed non-liquid-permeable band is used as upper band used so that deliberately on another Verbesserung der Entwässerungsleistung durch nach oben hindurchtretendes Wasser verzichtet wird. Selbst wenn bei einer solchen Ausbildung als oberes Band ein Siebband verwendet würde, hätten derartige Preßbalken als Gegendruckorgan den Nachteil, daß gegebenen falls nach oben austretendes Wasser auf Grund der flächenmäßig sehr geringen Ausnehmungen in den Preßbalken durch die Preßbalken wieder in das Siebband und dadurch in das zu entwässernde MaterialImprovement of the drainage performance through after water that passes through the top is dispensed with. Even if in such a training as a top band If screen belt were used, such press bars as a counter-pressure element would have the disadvantage that given if water escapes upwards due to the very small recesses in the area Press bar through the press bar back into the sieve belt and thereby into the material to be dewatered
ίο zurückgedrückt würde.ίο would be pushed back.
Die Erfindung zielt nun darauf ab, die eingangs genannte Siebbandpresse dahingehend zu verbessern, daß die Entwässerungswirkung in der Keilzone wesentlich gesteigert wird und ein WiedereinpressenThe aim of the invention is to improve the belt filter press mentioned at the outset to the effect that that the drainage effect in the wedge zone is significantly increased and re-pressing des nach oben durchtretenden Wassers vermieden wird.of the water passing upwards is avoided.
daß das Gegendruckorgaft ein ortsfester Gitterrost vonthat the Gegendruckorgaft a stationary grate of längs und quer zur Laufrichtung der Siebbänderalong and across the running direction of the main webs angeordneten Stegen ist Dadurch, daß das Gegendruckorgan als Gitterrost ausgebildet ist, bilden sich in den Siebbändern zwischen den Stegen des Gitterrostes polsterartig nach oben gewölbte Flächen aus, welche, da das Siebband fortbewegt wird und der Raster ortsfestThe fact that the counter-pressure element is designed as a grating is formed in the sieve belts between the bars of the grating from upwardly curved surfaces, which, there the sieve belt is moved and the grid is stationary ist, relativ zur Stoffschicht wandern. In this way will a strong flexing effect exerted on the fabric layer. Because the lower main web against transverse rollers is supported, this screen belt bends down between the rollers and it is also thereby eine weitere Walkwirkung ausgeübt. Above all, however, the liquid wedges are now forming on the inlet side of the rollers only on the lower surface of the lower screen belt, so that this is in these liquid wedges pent-up water can flow freely and not into the Stoffschicht zurückgedrückt wird. That through to the top the upper sieve belt pressed through can through the open between the webs of the grating Pass through fields freely and is therefore not pushed back into the fabric layer. It has been shown that a guter Effekt erreicht werden kann, wenn gemäß der Erfindung die Felder des Gitterrostes ungefähr quadratisch sind.good effect can be achieved if, according to the invention, the fields of the grating approximately are square.
Die Stege des Gitterrostes bestehen zweckmäßig aus Kunststoff und die mit dem Siebband zusammenwirkenThe bars of the grating are expediently made of plastic and which interact with the sieve belt den Kanten dieser Stege sind vorzugsweise abgerundet.the edges of these webs are preferably rounded.

Die Aufgabe des zu entwässernden Stoffes erfolgt an der Stelle 1 auf ein über zwei Trommeln 2 und 3 geführtes Band 4, welches mit Taschen 5 ausThe material to be dewatered is fed into position 1 on one of two drums 2 and 3 led tape 4, which with pockets 5 from wasserdurchlässigem Material versehen ist. From these Bags 5, under the action of gravity, most of the water drips from the fabric into a tub 6 from. Washing nozzles 7 for the returning strand 4 'of the belt 4 are provided below the tub, with unterhalb des Bandes des rücklaufenden Trums 4' wieder eine Wanne 8 vorgesehen ist. Unterhalb des Bandes 4 ist ein Siebband 9 in Richtung des Pfeiles 10 geführt, auf welches der zu entwässernde Stoff bei 11a trough 8 is again provided below the belt of the returning run 4 '. Below the Belt 4, a sieve belt 9 is guided in the direction of arrow 10, onto which the substance to be dewatered at 11
vom Band 4 aufgebracht wird. Unterhalb des Bandes 9 ist wieder eine Auffangwanne 12 für das abtropfende Wasser vorgesehen.is applied from the band 4. Below the belt 9 is again a drip pan 12 for the dripping Water provided.
20 im Gitterrost 18 und beträgt etwa 50 bis 60 mm.From the belt 9 at 13, the material is transferred to a second sieve belt 14, the direction of which is through the Arrow 15 is indicated. Between the sieve belts 9 and 14, the material is passed through a wedge zone 16, soft tapers wedge-shaped in the running direction. The lower screen belt 14 is through a row supported by rollers 17 and the upper sieve belt 9 is supported by a grating 18 This grating, which is shown in Fig.2 and 3 on a larger scale, consists of transverse to the direction of travel Mesh belts 9,14 arranged webs 19 and along to Web 20 arranged in the direction of travel. The edges 21 of these webs which touch the screen belt are rounded, see above that the sieve belt is spared. Pad-like bulges are now formed between the webs Sieve belt 9, whereby a good flexing effect is achieved. A trough 22 is located below the rollers 17 provided, in which the water that collects in the water wedges in front of the rollers 17, drain can. The grating has, as shown in FIG. 3 shows square fields. The diameter of the rollers 17 corresponds approximately to the distance between the webs 19 and 20 in the grating 18 and is approximately 50 to 60 mm.
Behind this wedge zone 16, the material is continued on the band part 14a and is released from the band part 9a away. In this area 9a washing nozzles 23a are provided, one below the sieve belt Catch pan 24 is provided. Behind the washing nozzles a suction device 25 is provided through which the adhering water and material particles are sucked off the belt 9 by negative pressure.
At 26, the material is transferred from the sieve belt part 14a to the sieve belt 9 and between the sieve belts 14 and 9 passed over a rotating sieve drum 27.
Here, the two: sieve belts 14 and 9 wrap around the sieve drum 27 by approximately 180 ° and are through a roller 28 withdrawn from the sieve drum.
An die Kammer 30 ist eine Druckluftleitung angeschlossen und dieseInside the sieve drum 27, two chambers 29 and 30 are provided, which are stationary and not rotate with it. A vacuum line is connected to the chamber 29 and this chamber 29 is therefore as To designate vacuum chamber. A compressed air line is connected to the chamber 30 and this
Both chambers 29 and 30 are surrounded by a perforated cylindrical wall 31 in the area of the sieve drum closed. Is through the perforated cylindrical wall 31 and the sieve drum 27 therethrough thus the water from the material layer 32 guided between the sieve belts 14 and 9 into the vacuum chamber 29 sucked off and compressed air is blown through the fabric layer 32 from the overpressure chamber 30, so that there is a good drainage and drying effect.
The screen belts 14 and 9 are guided over a drum 34 via the roller 28 and rollers 33, which is driven by a drive drum 36 by means of a drive belt or a chain 35. By a drum 37 cooperating with the sieve belts is the fabric again between the sieve belts pressed. Both screen belts 14 and 9 are deflected over a drum 38, the screen belt 14 as returning strand 14 & and the screen belt 9 is returned as returning strand 96. At the Point 39, the cake of the dried substance is removed from the sieve belt 14.
In the approximately horizontal stretches 9c and 14c, washing nozzles 40 and 41 are again provided and suction devices 42 and 43 are arranged behind these washing nozzles.
