Abstract
Description
Förderband für intermittierenden Betrieb.Conveyor belt for intermittent operation.
Different types of conveyor belts are used, which are common is that the belt works endlessly in a closed loop.
This design, which is useful for most applications, has but significant disadvantages for some special applications.
In most consumer goods shipping companies, deliveries are made the day before or at night and the goods are provided for a loading bay and several loads one after the other on a conveyor belt.
To keep the transport routes as small as possible when loading the delivery van to hold, it is customary to move the tape in steps according to the loading process to move towards the loading ramp.
When the last van of the delivery period has taken over the goods has, usually in another work shift, the belt again as a floor space used for order picking and provision.
With this operating mode it is possible to keep the conveyor belt in the unloaded position State to pull back again.
There are some significant advantages to using the conveyor according to the invention in this intermittent operation so that an open Tape is wound with its two ends around opposite winding mandrels.
The advantages are known based on the cross-sectional drawings of a Conveyor device, Fig.1 and the proposed, novel device, Fig.2 explained.
The loading of the delivery truck (10) is carried out by a worker (11), by placing the load (1), which is at the left end of the conveyor belt (9), into the Vehicle is arbitrated. As the load progresses, the conveyor belt (9) moved in the direction F1, so that the transport routes remain approximately the same during loading. When a delivery van (10) is fully loaded, the next one and so on, is loaded, until the tape (9) is empty.
In the arrangement of Figure 1 can now on the endless belt, for Goods to be made available in the next delivery period are immediately allocated.
With the new arrangement, the tape (9) must be removed from the retraction reel (7) must be pulled back first (direction F2). The resulting time is lost in relation to the delivery period, negligibly small. The way they both work Arrangements is practically the same. The advantages are in the simpler and easier cheaper option the device according to Fig.2. While the assembly pit 4.0 for receiving the entire conveyor belt (9) with its supports (5) must be designed for the entire load of the cargo (1), suffice with the new type Arrangement according to Fig.2, the small assembly pits 4.1 and 4.2 for receiving the Winding station (6) and the retraction station (7). The support structures (5) are omitted completely, since the floor as a support for the conveyor belt (9) in the arrangement according to Figure 2, which forms the load-bearing element. The depth of pit 4.0 is determined due to the relatively large diameter of the driven roller (2). That diameter depends on the coefficient of friction of the belt (9) on the roller. The wrap angle of the belt (9) is about 1800. The non-driven roller (3) is usually the same as big as the roller (2). In the driven reel (6) of the invention Execution, the diameter can be chosen to be much smaller because the band (9) is clamped on the reel (6) and wrapped around it several times. Another advantage results from the use of the guide rollers (8). The diameter of these rollers is appropriately chosen to be small compared to the reel diameter. This will make that Band (9) deflected over a smaller diameter from the horizontal, which is smaller Means covers the floor area. If the cargo has uniform dimensions has, results when using the Deflection roller (8), a control advantage of the belt (9) if, according to the invention, the circumference of the deflection roller (8) is an integer Forms relationship to the dimension of the cargo in the conveying direction. By, for example electrical counting of the revolutions of the deflection roller (8) can be done by a simple Pulse control a feed of constant length, preferably the feed by one Load sharing can be achieved.
A significant material and thus also a price reduction was achieved if only half of the conveyor belt (9) is designed as a conveyor belt.
The other half, on the other hand, consists of one or more ropes, which are only needed to retract the tape.
