Description

gestellten Anforderungen vollauf genügen. Wegen der gegenüber einem Walzträger verringerten Wandstärke
macht sich für gleiche Belastungen eine etwas größere Schenkellänge erforderlich und es ist auch zweckmäßig,
die Enden der Schenkel wieder in Stegrichtung abzukröpfen, so daß an Stelle des gemäß Hauptpatent
vorgesehenen Profils ein gebogenes C-Profi! benutzt
wird. Grundelement für die beiden Teile der Stahlgurtung ist danach ein kaltgewalztes Profil, das endlos lang
aus Bandmaterial von der Rolle gefertigt werden kann. Bestimmte Normmengen können dabei automatisch
während des Walzvorganges abgeschnitten werden,

dennoch um 20% höher gehalten werden kann. Weiter wird es durch die Erfindung möglich, die Auflageleiste
im parallelen Seitenwänden auszustatten, da die Schenkel der C-Profile ihrerseits U-förmig nach dem
Innenraum abgewinkelt werden. Walztechnisch war bisher eine abgeschrägie Ausbildung dieser Auflagerleisten
