Verfahren bei der Herstellung einer drehbaren Ver-Process in the production of a rotatable

Dies ist relativ kompliziert und erfordert einen gesonderten Arbeitsgang und auch besonderer Einrichtungen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier eine Vereinfachung zu treffen. Erreicht wird dies, wenn bei einem Verfahren der eingangs erwähnten Art, gemäß der Erfindung die Ringe gleichzeitig mit dem Spritzen der Bauteile in diese eingebettet werden. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird die drehbare Verbindung sofort bei der Herstellung der Bauteile geschaffen, sodaß ein nachträgliches Ausarbeiten irgendwelcher Paßflächen mit den damit verbundenen Schwierigkeiten entfallen kann und die Herstellung der Drehverbindung damit rationeller und billiger erfolgen kann. Die beiden Bauteile, die drehbar miteinander zu verbinden sind, können dabei beliebige Form aufweisen. Die Ringe besitzen bevorzugt Kreisquerschnitt. Der Kunststoffteil muß nicht zwingend zylindrische Gestalt aufweisen. Die Wälzkörper sind, wie dies auch bei Kugellagern üblich ist, in Käfigen gelagert und solcherart voneinander im Abstand gehalten. Die Ringe können an einer Stelle geschlitzt sein, wodurch eine gewisse federnde Eigenschaft erhalten wird. Erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Drehlagerungen, die insbes. in der Feinmechanik Verwendung finden, besitzen eine hohe Eigendämpfung. Weiters sind die beiden drehbar miteinander verbundenen Bauteile elektrisch voneinander isoliert, ohne daß für den Aufbau des Lagers nur elektrisch nichtleitendes Material (z.B. Wälzkörper aus nicht leitendem Material, z.B.
