Dolorgiet Arzneimittelfabrik, Peter Doll K. G. D 7605/2 Desinfizierende Mittel
Die Erfindung betrifft Linderungs- und Reinigungsmittel zur Wachstumsbehinderung von Mikroorganismen im Bereich der Mundhöhle, und zwar in Form aller hierfür geeigneten Präparate, wie Gurgelmittel, Mundwasser, Mundbad-Konzentrate, Mund-Sprays, Lutschpastillen oder -tabletten, Zahnpasten bzw. transparenten Zahnpasten, Kaugummi, Zahnfleischsalben, -creme bzw. -gele.
Hierzu eignen sich besonders Salze des 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethyl-hexyl)-5-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin, bekannt unter dem generic name "Hexetidin".
Die Salzbildung erfolgt mit einer organischen Säure, wie einer Hydroxy-, Amino-, Alkyloxy-, Dihydroxy-, SuIfamoylbenzoesäure, einer Amino- oder SuIfosalicylsäure, SuIfanilsäure, Benzoldi- oder Benzoltricarbonsäure oder einer ungesättigten Säure, z. B. Sorbinsäure.
Als aktive Substanz einzeln oder als Gemisch in oben angeführte Präparate eingearbeitet, zeigen sie eine starke antimikrobielle Wirkung gegen grampositive Kokken, gramnegative Keime und gewisse Pilze.
Die Verbindungen können z. B. nach den Deutschen Anmeldungen P 25 49 733,0 und P 26 24 980,9 dargestellt werden.
Die physiologisch unbedenklichen Präparate zur Bakterieninfektionsprophylaxe zeigen sich sehr wirksam gegen normalerweise in der Mundhöhle vorgefundene Organismen. Sie enthalten als Wirkbestandteile eine oder mehrere Verbindungen obiger Struktur oder auch noch andere bekannte antimikrobische Mitte;! in Kombination mit pharmazeutisch verwertbaren Verdünnungsmitteln und/oder Trägern und Aromastoffen. Die Anwendung erfolgt oral oder lokal. Im allgemeinen ist die Wirkstoffmenge oder -kombination 0,01 - 2 <fo pro dosis. Für die angeführten Darreichungsformen kommen bekannte, pharmazeutisch benutzte Lösungsmittel und/oder Trägerstoffe und/ .oder Lösungsvermittler und/oder Emulgatoren zur Anwendung, so z.B.

für Gurgelmittel, Mundwasser und Mundkonzentrate Aethanol, Glycerin und andere pharmazeutisch übliche Alkohole und/oder mit Wasser mischbare Lösungsmittel, für Lutschpastillen und -tabletten, Rohrzucker oder Süßstoffe, z. B. Saccharin, sowie gleichzeitig ein oder mehrere indifferente Stoffe als Binde-, Füll- oder Gleitmittel, für Zahnpasten unlösliche Phosphate als Poliermittel, z.B. Dicalciumphosphat, geeignete fluorhaltige Terbindungen als Anticariesmittel, z. B. ITatrium-monofluorphosphat, für Kaugummi sind die verwendeten ICaugummigrundlagen bekannte Handelsware.
Zuckerfreie Trägergemische können bevorzugt sein. Die folgenden Beispiele sollen zur näheren Erläuterung der Erfindung dienen.

Claims (16)

Γ · Ί Patentansprüche
1. Linderungs- und Reinigungsmittel zur Wachstumsbehinderung von Mikroorganismen im Bereich der Mundhöhle, und zwar in Porm aller hierfür geeigneten Präparate, vile Gurgelmittel, Mundwässer, Mundbad-Konzentrate, Zahnpasten bzw. transparenten Zahnpasten, Kaugummi, Zahnfleischsalben, -creme bzw. -gele, die ein oder mehrere organische Säureadditionssalze des 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl)-5-amino~5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin oder auch noch andere bekannte antimikrobische Mittel enthalten.
2. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl)-5-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidinsalicylat.
3. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl)-5~amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin-p-hydroxy-benzoat.
4. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl) -S-amino^-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin^-amino-benzoat.
5. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl) 75-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin-4-amino-benzoat.
6. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl) -5-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin-4-sulfamoyl-benzoat.
7. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl) -S-amino-S-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin^, 4-dihydroxy-benzoat.
8. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das 1,3-Bis-(ß-aethylhexyl)-S-amino-S-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin-Z,5-dihydroxy-ben- z oat.

13. Das Salz für oMge Darreichungsformen ist das Bis-Ci ,3-Bis-
( ß-aethyl-hexyl) -S-amino-S-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin] -"benzol-1,4-dicarl)onat.
14. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das Mono-C1,3-Bis-
(ß-aethyl-hexyl)-5-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidinl -benzol-1.2.4~tri-carbonat.
15. Das Salz für obige Darreichungsformen ist das Bis-C1,3-bis-(ß-aethyl-hexyl)-5-amino-5-methyl-hexa-hydropyrimidin] -benzol-1.2.4-tri-carbonat.
