Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Pyridazinyl(thiono)-(thiol)-phosphonsäureester,
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide, Akarizide und Nematozide,
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß substituierte Pyridazinylthionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
z.B. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-/6-hydroxy- bzw.-6-chlor- und 6-N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy-pyridazin(3)yl7~
thionophosphorsäureester (vergleiche USA-Patentschrift 2.759.938 und deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2.049.813) und
O-Äthyl-O-/"1 ,6-dihydro-6-oxo-pyridazin(3)yl/-thionomethan-
bzw. -äthanphosphonsäureester (vergleiche veröffentlichte
Niederländische Patentanmeldung 6.904.664), insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Pyridazinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphonsäureester
der Formel

X und Y, welche gleich oder verschieden sein können, für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel,
R1 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6,
R2 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 4,
R3 für Alkoxy mit 1 bis 4, Alkinyloxy mit 2 bis 5,
Alkylsulfonyloxy mit 1 bis 3, Monoalkylcarbamoyloxy
mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, ferner für Halogen, Benzyloxy, Benzoyloxy sowie für gegebenenfalls
ein- oder mehrfach, gleich oder verschieden durch Halogen, Nitro, Cyan, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl,-SOpCEL,
-SO2CH2Cl -und/oder Alkylthio-substituiertes Phenoxy, und
R4 für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
stehen,
eine ausgezeichnete insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirkung
besitzen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die neuen Pyridazinyl(thiono)-(thiol)-phosphonsäureester
der Formel (I) erhalten werden, wenn man

eine bessere insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirkung als die entsprechenden bekannten
substituierten Pyridazinylthionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung.
Die Produkte gemäß vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.

Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden (Thiono)(Thiol)Phosphonsäureesterhalogenide
(II) und Pyridazinyl-(thiono)(thiol)-phosphonsäureester (IV) sind bekannt und nach üblichen Verfahren
herstellbar (vergleiche z.B. USA-Patentschrift 3.167.574, Belgische Patentschrift 671.913 und Niederländische
Patentanmeldung 6.904.664).

Die Varianten a) bis c) zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen werden bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- und Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen
praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische,
gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol,
Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutylather, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton,
Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, ausserdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw.-äthylat, ferner
aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin
und Pyridin. Die Verfahrensvariante c) kann gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen tert. organischer
Basen, z.B. Diazabicyclooctan oder Triäthylamin,durchgeführt werden.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann bei allen Verfahrensvarianten innerhalb
eines größeren Bereiches variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 120, vorzugsweise bei 10 bis
60°C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen,
Zur Durchführung der Varianten a) und b) setzt man die Reaktionskomponenten
vorzugsweise in äquimolaren Mengen ein. Ein Überschuß der einen oder anderen Komponente bringt keine wesentlichen
Vorteile. Bei der Verfahrensvariante c) gibt man die Alkylisocyanatkoinponente in 10 bis 15%igem Überschuß zu.

Im allgemeinen wird die Umsetzung bei allen Varianten in einem der vorgenannten Lösungsmittel bei den angegebenen Temperaturen
vorgenommen. Nach beendeter Reaktion kann man den Ansatz wie im folgenden beschrieben aufarbeiten. Bei der Verfahrensvariante
a) wird das Reakticnsgemisch nach Filtration in ein organisches
Lösungsmittel gegossen und die organische Schicht in üblicher Weise aufgearbeitet, während bei den Verfahrensvarianten b) und
c) die Reaktionslösung direkt aufgearbeitet wird, z.B. durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abziehen des Lösungsmittels oder direktes
Abdestillieren des letzteren.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen meist in Form von Ölen an, die sich oft nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes
'Andestiliieren1, d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem
Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden.
Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex. Ein Teil der Verbindungen fällt in kristalliner Form an; diese
werden durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Pyridazinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphonsäureester durch eine
hervorragende insektizide, akarizide und nematozide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge und besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl
eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben; die meisten der Verbindungen zeigen außerdem eine
fungizide Wirkung.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene- und Vorratsschutzsektor
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.

arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und
Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule
(Agrotls segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe haben bei geringer Warmblütertoxizität
starke nematizide Eigenschaften und können deshalb zur Bekämpfung von Nematoden, insbesondere phytopathogenen
Nematoden verwendet werden. Dazu gehören im wesentlichen Blattnematoden (Arphelenchoides), wie das Chrysanthemumälchen
(a. ritzemabosi), das Erdbeerälchen (A. fragariae), das Reisälchen (A. oryzae); Stengelnematöden (Ditylenchus),
wie das Stockälchen (D. Dipsaci); Wurzelgallennematoden (Meloidogyne), wie M. arenaria und M. incognita;
zystenbildende Nematoden (Heterodera), wie die Kartoffelnematode (H. rostochiensis), die Rübennematode (H. schachtii);
sowie freilebende Würzelnematöden z.B. der Gattungen Pratylenchus,
Paratylenchus, Rotylenchus, Xiphinema und Radopholus.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln,
unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der
Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden.
Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark
polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln
oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig
sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Freon; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche
Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum,4 Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische
Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende
Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0f5 und
90 96.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie
gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, Emulsionen, Schäume, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate
angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben,
Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100 96-igen Wirkstoff
allein auszubringen.

Testtiere: Aedes aegypti Lösungsmittel: Aceton
2 Gewichtsteile Wirkstoff werden in 1 000 Volumenteilen Lösungsmittel
aufgenommen. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird mit weiterem Lösungsmittel auf die gewünschten geringeren Konzentrationen
verdünnt.
2,5 ml Wirkstoff lösung werden in eine Petrischale pipettiert.
Auf dem Boden der Petrischale befindet sich ein Filterpapier mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 9,5 cm. Die Petrischale bleibt
so lange offen stehen, bis das Lösungsmittel vollständig verdunstet ist. Je nach Konzentration der Wirkstoff lösung ist
die Menge Wirkstoff pro m Filterpapier verschieden hoch. Anschließend
gibt man etwa 25 Testtiere in die Petrischale und bedeckt sie mit einem Glasdeckel.
Der Zustand der Testtiere wird laufend kontrolliert. Es wird diejenige Zeit ermittelt, welche für eine 100 %ige Abtötung
notwendig ist.
Testtiere, Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen und Zeiten, bei denen eine 100 96ige Abtötung vorliegt, gehen aus der nachfolgenden
Tabelle 9 hervor:

Zu einer Mischung aus 19,5 g (0,15 Mol) 3-Chlor-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-pyridazin
und 21,4 g (0,155 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat in 150 ml Acetonitril werden 26,1 g (0,15 Mol) O-Äthyl-thiono-äthanphosphonsäureesterchlorid
getropft. Man erwärmt drei Stunden auf 40°C, saugt dann ab und gießt das Filtrat in 200 ml Toluol.
Die Toluollösung wird mit gesättigter Natriumcarbonatlösung und Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und dann
eingeengt. Man erhält 34 g (85 % der Theorie) O-Äthyl-O-/"6-chlor-pyridazin(3)yl7-äthanthionophosphonsäureester
in Form farbloser Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 58 C.

Ein Gemisch aus 16,4 g (0,1 Mol S-Methoxy-J-oxy-pyridaziri-Kalium,
17,3 g (0,1 Mol) O-Isopropyl-thiono-methan-phosphonsäureesterchlorid
und 200 ml Acetonitril wird 3 Stunden bei 50°C gerührt. Nach Zugabe von 300 ml Toluol wäscht man das Reaktionsgemisch
2 mal mit je 200 ml Wasser, trocknet es über Natriumsulfat und destilliert das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab. Man erhält auf diese
Weise 19,8 g (76 % der Theorie) 0-1sopropy1-0-/6-methoxypyridazin(3)yl7-thionomethan-phosphonsäureester
in Form eines farblosen Pulvers mit dem Schmelzpunkt 61°C.

Zu einer Lösung aus 24,6 g (0,1 Mol) 0-iso-Propyl-0-/"6-hydroxypyridazin(3)yl/-thionomethanphosphonsäureester
und 0,2 g Diazabicyclooctan in 200 ml Methylenchlorid tropft man bei
2O-3O°C 6,3 g (0,11 Mol) Methylisocyanat. Das Gemisch wird
18 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt und dann filtriert. Nach Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels bleiben 28 g (92 % der
Theorie) 0-iso-Propyl-0-/6-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-pyridazin(3)yl7-thionomethanphosphonsäureester
in Form farbloser Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 73°C zurück.

9,5 g (0,5mMol) 0-/"6-Hydroxy-pyridazin(3)yl/-methansulfonsäureester,
8,4 g (55 m Mol) Kaliumcarbonat (gemahlen) und 100 ml Acetonitril werden unter Rühren auf 50°C erhitzt, gleich
anschließend auf 30°C abgekühlt und mit 7,9 g (50 m Mol) 0-Äthyl-methanthiono-phosphonsäureesterchlorid
versetzt. Man rührt die Mischung noch 30 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur und danach 1 Stunde bei 500C, saugt ab und dampft das Filtrat im
Vakuum ein. Der Rückstand wird mit 100 ml Toluol geschüttelt, vom Bodenkörper abdekantiert, die organische Phase mit 25 ml
Wasser gewaschen, über Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und wie üblich aufgearbeitet. Der zurückbleibende Feststoff wird mit
25 ml Äther gewaschen. Man erhält 9 g (60 % der Theorie) 0-Äthyl-0-/6-methylsulfonyl-oxy-pyridazin(3)yU-thionomethanphosphonsäureester
in Form eines farblosen Pulvers mit des Schmelzpunkt 110 - 120°C.

Das als Ausgangsprodukt benötigte 1,6-Dihydro-3-methylsulfonyloxy-6-oxo-pyridazin
kann z.B. wie im folgenden beschrieben hergestellt werden:

Zu einer Lösung von 1OG,8 g (Q>9 Mol) 1,6-Dihydroxypyridazin
und 50,4 g (0,9 Mol) Kaliumhydroxyd in 500 ml Wasser werden bei O0C 102,9 g (0,9 Mol) Methansulfonsäurechlorid getropft.
Man läßt die Mischung 1 Stunde bei 20 C nachreagieren, kühlt
sie dann auf -100C und saugt den entstandenen Niederschlag ab,
Nach dem Umkristallisieren aus Acetonitril erhält man 87 g (51 % der Theorie) 1,e-Dihydro-S-methylsulfonyloxy-e-oxo-pyridazin
in Form farbloser Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 148°C.

- Patentansprüche:X und Y, welche gleich oder verschieden sein können, für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel,R1 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6,R2 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 4,R3 für Alkoxy mit 1 bis 4, Alkinyloxy mit 2 bis 5,Alkylsulfonyloxy mit 1 bis 3, Monoalkylcarbamoyloxy mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, ferner für Halogen, Benzyloxy, Benzoyloxy sowie für gegebenenfalls ein- oder mehrfach, gleich oder verschieden durch Halogen, Nitro, Cyan, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, -SO2CH,, -SO2CH2Cl und/oder Alkylthio-substituiertes Phenyloxy, undR^ für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen.
2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pyridazinyl(thiono)-(thiol)-phosphonsäureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man (Thiono)(Thiol)Phosphonsäureesterhalogenide der Formelτι ττ ■&IlP-HaI (II)R2^in welcherX und Y die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, und Hai für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor,Le A 16 565 - 76 -709809/1200steht, mit 1,6-Dihydro-3-oxo-pyridazinderivaten der FormelRl0 . (Ill)in welcherR3 und R. die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben,gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors oder gegebenenfalls in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkalibzw. Ammoniumsalze sowie gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.3) Verfahren in Abänderung von Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Pyridazinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphonsäureester der FormelR\4 X YR H0-<' M-O-P (IV)in welcherR1, R2, R4,X und Y die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben,mit einem Acylhalogenid der FormelR5HaI2 (V)in welcherR5 für Alkylsulfonyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomenoder Benzoyl steht und
HaIp die in Anspruch 2 für Hai angegebene Bedeutung hat,Le A 16 565 - 77 -70980 971200gegebenenfalls in. Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.4) Verfahren in Abänderung von Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen der Formel (IV) mit Alky!isocyanaten dex FormelAIk-HCQ - (VI)in welcherAlk für Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Katalysators und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.5) Insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1.6) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und Nematoden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 auf die genannten Schädlinge bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.7) Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und Nematoden.8) Verfahren zur Herstellung von insektiziden, akariziden und nematizidea Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/öder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt.Le A 16 565 - 78 -709809/1200
