Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Herbizid, das eine Mischung aus einem Benzothiadiazinondioxid und
einem Harnstoffderivat enthält.
Es ist bekannt Benzothiadiazinone und substituierte Harnstoffderivate zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und
Ungräsern zu verwenden. Insbesondere sind synergistisch wirkende herbizide Gemische eines 3-Alkyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazinon-(4)-2,2-dioxids
mit N-4-Chlorphenyl-N'-methyl-N'-butin-l-yl-3-harnstoff
bekannt (DE-OS 21 31 401). Diese Mischungen zeigen jedoch gegenüber Ungräsern eine im Vergleich zu ihrer Wirkung
gegenüber breitblättrigen Unkräutern schwache herbizide
Wirkung.
Herbizidmischungen aus 3-Alkyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazinon-(4)-2,2-dioxiden
mit N-Aryl-N',N'-dimethyl- bzw. N-Aryl-N'-methyl-N'-methoxyharnstoffen sind weiterhin
Gegenstand der älteren Patentanmeldung gemäß DE-OS 24 04 311.
Es wurde nun überraschenderweise gefunden, daß Mischungen aus
a) einer Verbindung der Formel

in der
R1 einen niederen Alkylrest bedeutet,
oder deren Salzen und
b) einem in den genannten Druckschriften nicht . angeführten N-Aryl-N'.N'-dimethylhamstoffderivat
der Formel
V—CO-N(CHs)2
in der
R2 den Isopropylrest bedeutet
eine «pie, synergistisch gesteigerte herbizide
Wirkung haben.
Die erfindungsgemäßen herbiziden Mittel sind der aus der DE-OS 21 31 401 bekannten Mischung aus
3-Isopropyl-2,l,3-benzothiadiazinon-(4)-2,2-dioxid und

sowohl in ihrer herbiziden Wirkung als auch in ihrer Kulturpflanzenverträglichkeit
überlegen.
Die Mischungen können eine oder mehrere Verbindungen der Formel a) und Verbindungen der Formel b)
und gegebenenfalls als dritte Komponente c) die Verbindung oc-(2,4-Dichlorphenoxy)-propionsäure enthalten.
Die Mischungsverhältnisse können beliebig gewählt werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis der Wirkstoffe a zu b
oder c beträgt 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsteile a zu 1 Gewichtsteil b oder c, vorzugsweise 0,3 bis 3
Gewichtsteile a zu 1 Gewichtsteil b oder c.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können in ihrer aufgewandten Menge schwanken. Die aufgewandte
Menge hängt hauptsächlich von der Art des gewünschten Effektes ab. Die Aufwandmenge liegt im allgemeinen
zwischen 0,1 und 30 oder mehr, vorzugsweise 0,2 bis 6 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar. Die erfindungsgemäßen
Mittel können unter anderem im Vorpflanz-, Nachpflanz-, Vorraat-, Vorauflauf-, Nachauflauf verfahren
oder während des Auflaufens der Kultur- oder unerwünschten Pflanzen ein- oder mehrmals angewandt
werden.
Die Mischungen sind geeignet unerwünschte Pflanzen in Nutzpflanzen, z. B. Triticum aestivum, Hordeum
vulgäre, Seeale cereale, Zea mays, Sorghum spp., Glycine max., Solanum tuberosum, Pisum sativum zu
bekämpfen.
Außerdem können die Mischungen als Totalmittel an Gräben, Gewässern, Gleisanlagen, auf Kahlflächen,
Ödland etc. angewandt werden.
Die Anwendung erfolgt z. B. in Form von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Pulvern, Suspensionen mit
verschiedener Konsistenz (z. B. Flowable-Suspensionen) oder Dispersionen, Emulsionen, öldispersionen,
Pasten, Stäubmitteln, Streumitteln, Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen oder
Gießen. Die Aufwendungsformen richten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollten in jedem
Fall möglichst die feinste Verteilung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Emulsionen, Pasten und öldispersionen kommen
Mineralölfraktionen von mittlerem bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Dieselöl, ferner Kohlenteeröle
usw., sowie öle pflanzlichen oder tierischen Ursprungs, aliphatische, cyclische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe,
z. B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin, alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate,
z. B. Methanol, Äthanol, Propanol, Butanol, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexanon,

herbiziden Verbindungen können auch vor oder nach den erfindungsgemäßen Einzelwirkstoffen oder
Mischungen zur Anwendung gebracht werden.
Die Zumischung dieser Mittel zu den erfindungsgemäßen Herbiziden kann im Gewichtsverhältnis 1 :10 bis
10:1 erfolgen. Das gleiche gilt für öle, Fungizide, Nematozide, Insektizide, Bakterizide, Antidotnsittel und
Wachstumsregulatoren.
Die Mittel weisen einen starken herbiziden Effekt auf und können deshalb als Unkrautvernichtungsmittel bzw.
zur Bekämpfung unerwünschten Pflenzenwuchses verwendet werden. Ob die Mittel als totale oder selektive
Mittel wirken, hängt hauptsächlich von der Wirkstoffmenge je Flächeneinheit ab.
Unter Unkräuter bzw. unerwünschten Pflanzenwuchses sind alle monokotylen und dikotylen Pflanzen zu
verstehen, die an Orten aufwachsen, wo sie nicht erwünscht sind.

Nach 15 bis 20 Tagen wurde festgestellt, daß die Mischungen eine bessere herbizide Wirkung bei
gleicher Verträglichkeit an den Kulturpflanzen zeigten als die Einzelwirkstoffe.

Im Gewächshaus wurden verschiedene Pflanzen bei einer Wuchshöhe von 5 bis 20 cm mit folgenden
Einzelwirkstoffen und deren Mischungen als Dispersion, Emulsion, wäßrige Lösung behandelt:

mit je 1+0,5 + 0,5.0,5 + 1 +0,5 und
0,5 + 0,5 + 1 kg/ha a. S.
Nach 15 bis 20 Tagen wurde festgestellt, daß die Mischungen eine bessere herbizide Wirkung bei
gleicher Vercräglichkeit an den Kulturpflanzen zeigten als die Einzelwirkstoffe.
Das Versuchsergebnis ist aus nachfolgender Tabelle zu ersehen.

Vergleichsversuch
Bei Kleinparzellenversuchen im Freiland wurden die herbiziden Wirkungen der erfindungsgemäßen Herbizidmischung
aus S-lsopropyl^.l.S-benzothiadiazinon-(4)-2,2-dioxid
(I) und N-4-Isopropylphenyl-N',N'-dimethylharnstoff (II) und der aus der DE-OS 21 31 401
bekannten Herbizidmischung aus 3-Isopropyl-2,1,3-benzothiadiazinon-(4)-2,2-dioxid
(I) und N-4-Chlorphenyl-N'-methyl-N'-butin-l-yl-3-harnstoff
(III) getestet. Die Mischungen wurden im Frühjahr im Nachauflaufverfahren auf die Blätter von Wintergetreide und der darin
wachsenden unerwünschten Pflanzen gespritzt. 7301 Wasser je Hektar dienten als Träger- und Verteilungsmittel. Als Ausbringungsgerät wurde eine auf einem
Traktor montierte Parzellenspritze benutzt. Es wurden mehrere separate Versuche angelegt, deren Ergebnisse
bei der Auswertung gemittelt wurden.
Die Versuchsergebn'sse wurden in Tabelle 1 zusammengestellt.
Die Bewertung erfolgte visuell nach der Skala 0 bis 100. Dabei bedeuten 0 keine Wirkung und
keine Schädigung, 100 völlige Abtötung zumindest der oberirdischen Pflanzenteile. Tabelle 2 enthält die
Bezeichnungen der Versuchspflanzen.
jo Als Ergebnis kann man demnach folgende Feststellung
treffen:
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mischungen I+ 11 erzielen
gegenüber breitblättrigen Unkräutern eine mit den bekannten Mischungen l + III vergleichbare Wirkung.
Ji Die Aktivität von I+ 11 gegen das landwirtschaftlich
wichtige Ungras Alopecurus myosuroides ist dagegen wesentlich stärker als die der Mischung I+ III. Die
Mischung l + III bekämpft dieses Gras erst bei einer Aufwandmenge von 1,0 + 2,0 kg/ha in befriedigender
4« Weise, wobei bei dieser Dosis bereits heftige Schaden
an den Getreidearten auftreten. Die erfindungsgemäße Mischung I+ 11 dagegen zeigt eine gute herbizide
Wirkung ohne Phytotoxizität gegenüber den Kulturpflanzen.
