Claims (4)
- Kabel- und Metallwerke Gutehoffnungshütte Aktiengesellschaftii. Mars 1974 Pat e η t a n Sprüche\ l.\Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung wärmeisolierter V_/ Leitungsrohre, bei dem zunächst ein aufschäumbarer Kunststoff auf ein Metallrohr extrudiert und anschließend aufgeschäumt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kunststoff ein Thermoplast verwendet wird und vor dem Aufschäumen eine Vernetzung eingeleitet wird.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufextrudieren der Kunststoffschicht auf das Metallrohr eine an der Schaumstoffschicht haftende Folie aufgebracht wird.
- 3* Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das Metallrohr eine Mischung aus 100 Teilen Hartpolyäthylen, 2 Teilen Peroxyd, 2 Teilen eines Treibmittels und 0,5 Teilen eines Alterungsschutzmittels aufextrudiert wird.
- 4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufschäumvorgang wenig oberhalb der Zersetzungstemperatür des Vernetzungsmittels vorgenommen wird.5* Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Pulver- oder Granulatform vorliegende Polyäthylen zunächst auf das vorgewärmte Rohr aufgebracht wird, daß das beschichtete Rohr danach durch eine Düse zur Einstellung der Schichtdicke der Isolierung auf dem Rohr509839/08 29hindurchgezogen iiird, daß das Polyäthylen anschließend in einer Wärmvorrichtung auf die Zersetzungstemperatur des Peroxyds er-wärmt und daß schließlich das vernetzende Polyäthylen aufgeschäumt wird.509833/082S
