Abstract

Bearing plate for the flexible location of a tension roller, is made of sheet metal, and has a one piece hollow cylindrical protrusion which carries the tension roller. Die Lagerplatte steht vorzugsweise unter Einwirkung einer Spannfeder. Diese Spannfeder drückt die auf der Lagerplatte befestigte Spannrolle mit einer vorherbestimmten Kraft gegen den zu spannenden Riemen, worauf dann die Lagerplatte mit der Feststellschraube in dieser Position arretiert wird. Bekannte derartige Lagerplatten bestehen aus einer relativ dicken Metallscheibe, die mit den erforderlichen Bohrungen versehen wird und wobei die Spannrolle auf einem Bolzen angeordnet ist, der seinerseits in einer Bohrung der Lagerplatte befestigt ist.
