Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagerplatte zur schwenkbaren Lagerung einer auf ihr befestigten Spannrolle. Derartige Einheiten aus einer Lagerplatte und einer darauf befestigten Spannrolle werden an Kraftfahrzeugmotoren verwendet um z.B. Zahnriemen für den Nockenwellenantrieb oder auch Keilriemen zu spannen. Die Lagerplatte selbst ist dabei so ausgebildet, daß sie mit einer Bohrung schwenkbar um einen Bolzen gelagert ist und andererseits in einem kreisbogenförmigen Langloch eine Feststellschraube aufnimmt. Die Lagerplatte steht vorzugsweise unter Einwirkung einer Spannfeder. Diese Spannfeder drückt die auf der Lagerplatte befestigte Spannrolle mit einer vorherbestimmten Kraft gegen den zu spannenden Riemen, worauf dann die Lagerplatte mit der Feststellschraube in dieser Position arretiert wird. Bekannte derartige Lagerplatten bestehen aus einer relativ dicken Metallscheibe, die mit den erforderlichen Bohrungen versehen wird und wobei die Spannrolle auf einem Bolzen angeordnet ist, der seinerseits in einer Bohrung der Lagerplatte befestigt ist. Schließlich ist es auch möglich, die Platte mit einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Einschnitt zu versehen und den dadurch begrenzten Lappen rechtwinklig zur Plattenoberfläche herauszubiegen.
