α bezeichnet ein zweischenkliges, starkes Eisenblech, dessen Schenkel zugespitzt sind und welches in der Mitte halsartig gestaltet ist. An dieser Ausbuchtung ist ein zweites halsartiges Eisenblech b gelenkig befestigt, und zwar derart, daß in das Blech α ein Loch c gestanzt, ist, in welches das in einen Lappen d auslaufende eine Ende des Bleches b gesteckt ist. Beide Teile α und b bilden somit eine Klammer, zum Zweck, den Stiel zu umfassen. Das andere Ende des Bleches b ist durchlocht, und durch diese Öffnung, wie auch durch eine entsprechende in dem Bleche a, ist ein Schraubenbolzen e gesteckt, auf den eine Flügelmutter f geschraubt ist. An den beiden Ecken g des Bleches α sind mittels Niete h schwingbar Klammern i befestigt. Diese Klammern bestehen aus federndem Stahlblech; ihre Enden k sind etwas nach außen gebogen, um ein leichteres Einklemmen des Tuches zu ermöglichen. α denotes a two-legged, strong sheet of iron, the legs of which are pointed and which is designed like a neck in the middle.
