Claims (5)
1. Bei der Herstellung einer hohlen, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden
Schaufel/ die eine Wand aufweist, welche eine äußere Oberfläche hat, die die äußere Form der Schaufel festlegt,
und eine innere Oberfläche, die wenigstens einen Teil einer Kühlmittelkammer innerhalb der Schaufel bildet, folgende
Schritte:
Herstellen eines Schlitzes in der Wand, wobei der Schlitz eine
Basis in der Wand hat und zwei gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisende, einander zugewandte Seitenoberflächen aufweist, welche
sich von der Basis zu der äußeren Oberfläche erstrecken, um einen sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Schlitzauslaß an der
äußeren Oberfläche zu bilden;
Herstellen wenigstens eines Kanals in der Wand von der äußeren
Oberfläche der Wand zu der inneren Oberfläche der Wand durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung, der die Schlitz seitenoberflächen
und die innere Oberfläche der Wand in der Kühlmittelkammer schneidet, um den Einlaß eines Dosierkanals zum Leiten einer
dosierten Menge von Kühlfluid aus der Kühlkammer in den Schlitz zu bilden; und
Blockieren des Kanals zwischen der äußeren Oberfläche der
Schaufel und dem Schlitz, um das Entweichen von Kühlfluid aus dem Schlitz durch den Kanal zu verhindern.
2. Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Blockierens beinhaltet, einen Stopfen in dem
Kanal zwischen der äußeren Oberfläche der Schaufel und dem
Schlitz anzuordnen.
3. Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Blockierens beinhaltet, eine Oberflächenschweißung
über der Öffnung des Kanals an der äußeren Oberfläche der Schaufel aufzubringen.
4. Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Blockierens beinhaltet, einen Überzug auf die
äußere Oberfläche der Schaufel aufzubringen, wobei der überzug
die Öffnung des Kanals an der äußeren Oberfläche der Schaufel vollständig bedeckt.
5. Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kanal unter einem Winkel zwischen 60 und 90° gegen die erste
Oberfläche des Schlitzes, den er schneidet, durch maschinelle Bearbeitung hergestellt wird.
