Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue schwefelhaltige Phosphor
bzw. Phosphonsäureester und deren Verwendung als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel.
Es ist bekannt, Phosphorsäureester oder Methylcarbamate als Insektizide zu verwenden., In zunehmender Anzahl treten jedoch
Schädlinge auf, die eine Widerstandskraft (Resistenz) gegenüber diesen Wirkstoffen entwickelt haben.
Es wurde, gefunden, daß Phosphorsäureesterderivate der Formel

in der R1 Methyl oder Äthyl, R2'Methyl, Äthyl, Phenyl, Methoxy
oder Äthoxy, R^, einen Alkylrest mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
(Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, i-Prpyl), Rh Wasserstoff, einen Alkylrest
mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen (Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, i-Propyl) oder Phenyl, oder R^5 und R2, zusammen mit dem Stickstoff,
dessen Substituenten sie sind, einen Pyrimidin- oder Morpholinring, R^ einen Alkylrest mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
(Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, i-Propyl), Rg Methyl, Äthyl oder Phenyl
und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten, sehr gute acarizide und insektizide Eigenschaften besitzen. Sie besitzen sowohl eine
ausgezeichnete Wirkung gegen fressende als auch saugende Insekten sowie eine hervorragende Wirksamkeit gegen Spinnmilben. Sie
besitzen gleichzeitig nur eine geringe Phytotoxität. Die Wirkung setzt schnell ein und hält lange an. Aus^ diesem Grund können die
erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz zur
Bekämpfung von schädlichen saugenden und fressenden Insekten und Dipteren sowie gegen Milben (Acarlna) angewendet werden. Besonders
hervorzuheben ist in diesem Zusammenhang die ausgezeichnete Wirkung der Produkte gegen phosphorsäureester-resistente Stämme

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse, wie die Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae), die schwarze Bohnenblattlaus
(Doralis fabae); Schildläuse, wie Aspidiotus hederea, Lacanium
hesperidum, Pseudococcus maritimus; Thysanopteren, wie Hercinothrips
femoralis; und Wanzen, wie die RUbenwanze (Plesam quadrata)
und die Bettwanze (Cimex lectularius).
Zu den beißenden Insekten zählen im wesentlichen Schmetterlingsraupen, wie Plutella maculipennis, Lymantria disparj Käfer, wie
Kornkäfer (Sitophilus granarius), der Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa
decemlineata), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten, wie die Drahtwürmer (Agriotes sp.) und die Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha);
Schaben, wie die Deutsche Schabe (Blattela germanica); Orthopteren, wie das Heimchen (Gryllus domesticus)i Termiten, wie Reticulitermes;
Hymenopteren, wie Ameisen.
Die Dipteren umfassen insbesondere die Fliegen, wie die Taufliege (Drosophila melanogaster), die Mittelmeerfruchtfliege (Ceratitis
capitata), die Stubenfliege (Musca domestica) und Mücken, wie die Stechmücke (Aedes aegypti) (Culex pipilus), Schmeißfliegen, wie
die Goldfliege (Lucilia sericata) und Blowflies (Chrysomya chloropyga).
Bei den Milben sind besonders wichtig die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae),
wie die gemeine Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae), die Obstbaumspinnmilbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus); Gallmilben, wie die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriphyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden, wie
Tarsonemus pallidus.
Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z. B. durch Gießen, Verspritzen, Vernebeln, Verräuchern, Verstreuen, Verstäuben oder
Vergasen.
Die Herstellung der neuen Wirkstoffe kann ausgehend von den entsprechend
substituierten Chloressigsäureamidinen entsprechend der allgemeinen Gleichung:

in der R, bis Rg sowie X die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen
haben, Hai Chlor., Brom, Jod und B ein beliebiges organisches oder
anorganisches Kation (z. B. Na^, Κφ, NH^, (C2Hc)2NH2*,
(C2H5)-JM*) bedeuten, erfolgen.
Als Lösungsmittel für die Reaktion eignen sich z. B„ cyclische
oder acyclische Äther wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Ä'thylenglykoldimethyläther,
Diäthylenglykoldimethyläther, Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Benzol,
Toluol, Xylol), chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B0 Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol). Die Reaktion ist auch in Wasser oder in Gemischen aus Wasser und beliebigen der oben angegebenen
mit Wasser mischbaren oder nicht mischbaren Lösungsmitteln durchführbar.
Pur die Reaktionsdurchführung eignet sich der Temperaturbereich
von 0° bis 15O0C, vorzugsweise wird bei 60 bis 10Q0C gearbeitet.
Die Herstellung der wie oben angegeben substituierten Halogenacetamidine
erfolgt z. B, nach folgender Reaktion: R

a) Herstellung von N,N-Dimethyl-N'-dimethylaminosulfonylchloracetamldin
Zu 101 Teilen (Gewicht st eil en) Ν,Ν-Dimethylchloracetamicl und
150 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff gibt man bei 35 bis 400C
innerhalb von 10 Minuten II7 Teile Chlorsulfonylisocyanat und rührt anschließend weitere 1,5 Stunden bei 40 C bis zur
Vervollständigung der Reaktion. Dann werden 75 Teile Dimethylamin, gelöst in I50 Teilen Dioxan bei 0 bis 5°C
binnen 30 Minuten zugetropft und nach beendeter Zugabe über
Nacht bei Raumtemperatur nachgerUhrt. Der Kolbeninhalt wird dann filtriert und das Filtrat eingeengt.
Zur Reinigung löst man den Rückstand in Chloroform, wäscht zweimal mit Wasser, trocknet über Natriumsulfat und
engt die Lösung ein.
Ausbeute 75 bis 85 %, Pp. 76 bis 780C.

b) Herstellung von S-(Q,0-Dläthylthiophosphoryl)-N,N-dimethyl-N'-dimethylaminosulfonyl-thiolglykolsäureamidin
Zu 955 Teilen Ammonium-0,0-diäthyldithiophosphat gelöst in 2000 Teilen Dioxan und 400 Teilen Wasser gibt man bei 40 bis
600C innerhalb einer Stunde 1024 Teile Ν,Ν-Dimethyl-N1-dimethylaminosulfonylchloracetamidin
portionsweise zu und rührt anschließend bei 700C 4 Stunden nach. Der gekühlte
Kolbeninhalt wird mit ca. 1000 Teilen Wasser verdünnt und das Produkt abgesaugt; zur weiteren Reinigung wäscht man
zwei- bis viermal mit Wasser die anorganischen Verunreinigungen aus.
Ausbeute: 100 %, Pp. 46 bis 480C.

Die erfindungs gern äßen Mittel können als Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen oder Stäubemittel angewendet werden. Die Anwendungsformen richten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollen
in jedem Fall eine feine Verteilung der wirksamen Substanz gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen kommt die Lösung in Wasser in Betracht. Es können aber auch Kohlenwasserstoffe
mit Siedepunkten höher als 1500C, z. B. Tetrahydro- ■
naphthalin oder alkyllerte Naphthaline, oder organische Flüssigkeiten mit Siedepunkten höher als 1500C und einer oder mehreren
funktioneilen Gruppen, z. B. der Ketogruppe, der Äthergruppe, der Estergruppe oder der Amidgruppe; wobei diese Gruppe als
Substituent an einer Kohlenwasserstoffkette stehen oder Bestandteil
eines heterocyclischen Ringes sein kann, als Spritzflüssigkeiten verwendet werden.

Wäßrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten,
Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern) durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen können
die Substanzen als solche oder in einem Lösungsmittel gelöst,
mittels Netz- oder Dispergiermitteln, z. B. Polyäthylenoxldadditionsprodukten in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln
homogenisiert werden. Es können aber auch aus wirksamer Substanz, Emulgier- oder Dispergiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel
bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur Verdünnung
mit Wasser geeignet sind.
Stäubemittel oder Granulate können durch Mischen oder gemein sames Vermählen der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen
Trägerstoff, z. B. Kieselgur, Talkum, Ton oder Düngemittel, hergestellt werden.
Man vermischt 90 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1
mit 10 Gewichtsteilen N-Methyl-a-pyrrolidon und erhält eine
Lösung, die zur Anwendung in Form kleinster Tropfen geeignet ist.
20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden in einer
Mischung gelöst, die aus 80 Gewichtsteilen Xylol, 10 Gewichteteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 bis 10 Mol Äthylenoxid
an 1 Mol ölsäure-N-monoäthanolamid, 5 Gewichtsteilen Calcium-
salz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 5 Gewichtsteilen dee
Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht. Durch Eingießen und feines Verteilen der Lösung In
100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffes enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden in einer

Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffes
enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 25 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanol;
65 Gewichtsteilen einer Mineralölfraktion vom Siedepunkt 210
bis 280°C und 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von
40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht. Durch Eingießen und feines Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen
Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffes enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffes gemäß Beispiel 1 werden mit 3 .Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin-Λ-sulfonsäure,
I7 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes einer
Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge und 60 Gewichtsteilen pulverförmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer
Hammermühle .vermählen. Durch feines Verteilen der Mischung in
20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine Spritzbrühe, die
0,1 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffes enthält.
3 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden mit
97 Gewichtsteilen feinteiligem Kaolin innig "vermischt. Man erhält
auf diese Weise ein Stäubemittel, das 3 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffes enthält.

30 Oewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden mit
einer Mischung aus 92 Qewichtsteilen pulverförmiger!! Kieselsäuregel
und 8 Gewichtsteilen Paraffinöl, das auf die Oberfläche dee Kieselsäuregels gesprUht wurde, innig vermischt. Man erhält
auf diese Weise eine Aufbereitung des Wirkstoffes mit guter Haftfähigkeit.

Getopfte Buschbohnen werden mit einem Stamm der Gewächshaus-Spinnmilbe
Tetranychus telarius, der eine starke Resistenz gegen Insektizide aus der Gruppe der Organophosphor-Verbindungen
besitzt, infiziert.
10 Tage nach der Infektion werden die Pflanzen in einer SprUhkammer
auf einem Drehtisch mit den wäßrigen Wirkstoffaufbereitungen
besprüht. Bis zum 1Ό. Tag nach der Behandlung blieben die Pflanzen unter Gewächshausbedingungen stehen, darauf erfolgte
die Auswertung der Versuche.

getaucht. Nach dem Abtrocknen bringt man die Blätter in Petrischalen und belegt sie mit Raupen der Kohlschabe (Plutella
maculipenhis) im 4. Larvenstadium.

Claims (4)
- - 12 - ' O.Z. 29 448PatentansprüchePhosphorsäureester der Formel^R:p-s-ch2-c:In der R1 Methyl oder Äthyl, R2 Methyl, Äthyl, Phenyl, Methoxy oder Äthoxy, R, ein Alkylrest mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, Rh Wasserstoff oder einen Alkylrest mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder R, und R2, zusammen mit dem Stickstoff, dessen Substituenten sie sind, einen Pyrimidin- oder Morpholinring, R^ einen Alkylrest mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, Rg Methyl, Äthyl oder Phenyl und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeutet.
- 2. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel enthaltend einen festen oder flüssigen Trägerstoff und einen Phosphorsäureester gemäß Anspruch 1.
- J. Verwendung eines Phosphorsäureesters gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Schädlingsbekämpfung.
