Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Verstärkungsmatte ein wasser- und chemikalienbeständiges Polymer-Spinnvlies ist, bei dem die gekräuselten Fäden in noch plastischem Zustand allein durch Eigensubstanz an den Kreuzungspunkten horizontal und vertikal fest verbunden werden, und daß das Polymer-Spinnvlies eine Dicke von 1 mm bis 6 mm aufweist
