Description
Sie betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung zum Durchführen dieses Verfahrens, die eine Faserspeiseeinrichtung und eine in einem Gehäuse angeordnete Auflösewalze aufweist, und bei welcher in der die Auflösewalze umgebenden Wand ein zu einem Spinnrotor führender Speisekana! und eine Abscheideöffnung zum Abführen von Verunreinigungen vorgesehen sindThe invention relates to a method for cleaning fiber material during OE spinning, which is in the form of a Sliver is fed to an opening roller, by means of this is broken up into individual fibers and then conveyed to a spinning rotor via a feed channel, the impurities contained in the sliver to be broken apart from these and separated by a Opening in the wall surrounding the opening roller are deposited. It also relates to a device to perform this procedure, the one Has fiber feeding device and an opening roller arranged in a housing, and in which in the wall surrounding the opening roller a feed channel leading to a spinning rotor! and a separation opening are provided for the discharge of impurities
In known OE spinning processes, the OE spinning device contains a staple fiber strand various impurities, such as, for example, remains of cotton fruit bales, remains of seeds, of Shells, as well as knobs and various other foreign bodies. These impurities may be fed together with the fibers to the spinning rotor, where they clog its collecting surface and thus the spinning conditions and the quality of the yarn deteriorate.
1 'Some of the impurities, especially those with a higher specific weight, ie the digging and hard impurities, can be removed in the method mentioned at the beginning (DE-OS 19 14 115). If, however, the impurities are still in contact with the teeth of the opening roller when they are past the separation opening or are held firmly in the fiber structure, they cannot be separated off, but get into the feed channel opening into the spinning rotor with the fibers -> those impurities on which fiber residues have grown and which have a low specific weight, i.e. those that are too bulky compared to small, hard impurities, for example knobs and long tangled fibers, because of the small difference in specific weight compared to free fibers, can In addition, even with the known method, it cannot be ruled out that some hard impurities do not get into the '''separation opening and so get into the spinning rotor, where they usually cause thread breaks. A further disadvantage of the known method is that the separation opening in the housing wall, to which the fibers are guided from the opening to the feed channel, represents a disruption which has a negative effect on the parallelism of the fibers.
The fit findimg is based on the task of this To eliminate disadvantages, d. that is, the penetration of all kinds of contaminants into the feed channel and · '· Somil also to prevent the spinning rotor and the Parallcllagc tier fibers, which these from the opening roller get forth to maintain.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei dem Verfahren nachThis task is carried out according to the procedure
Anspruch I dadurch gelöst, daß die VerunreinigungenClaim I solved in that the impurities
1 (1 deflected by the design of the wall surrounding the opening roller, guided past the inlet of the feed channel and then deposited.
'·· Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des Erfindimgsgcgcnsiandes ist die Übergangsfläche zwischen der Wand des Speisekanals und der zur Abscheideöffniing führenden Wund bogenförmig geslaltei EinBased on a known device for separating impurities (DE-OS 19 14 115) In order to achieve the object, a device for carrying out the method has also been found in which the wall that the opening roller seen in the direction of rotation of the opening roller · before entry into the Surrounding feed channel, from the surface of the aiiflöse- '' " roller removed and into a wall for deflecting the contaminants at the entrance to the feed channel pass over, and at tier the Abscheideöffnuiig in Direction of Fascrlransportes seen after the entry into the feed channel is arranged. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention is the transition area between the wall of the feed channel and the wall to the Abscheideöffniing leading wound arcuately Geslaltei a
Another advantage is that on the wall between the transition surface and the separation opening a Separation wall is provided, which with a through the axis of rotation of the opening roller and the transition of the Separating wall an obtuse angle into the wall leading to the separating opening includes.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the wall leading to the separation opening goes into the wall of the feed channel gradually over, that seen in the opposite direction of the rotation of the opening roller to the surface the same is directed essentially tangentially.
In the method according to the invention and in the device for performing the method the fibers carried away by the air flow in the feed duct, while the impurities thanks to it Distraction and also as a result of the slightly higher specific weight, distracted and get back on the opening roller only after entering the feed channel, whereupon it then passes through the separation opening be thrown off in the wall of the opening roller housing.
A significant advance over the known is that impurities that are not the same are deposited during the first rotation of the opening roller, repeated by the opening roller / o over the The dissolving zone is taken along, so that the whole cycle continues until all impurities are removed repeated. Theoretically, this cycle can be repeated continuously; h., it kihinen Impurities are accepted by the opening roller as long as they are in the feed channel evade until they are excreted through the separation opening sooner or later. In which Known must be the impurities essentially are separated during half a revolution of the opening roller, if they are not through the Feed channel intended to penetrate "Jen spinning rotor.

The device also helps to align the fibers in front of the entry 111 into the feed channel 11 and 11 for lifting the same from the toothing 6 of the opening roller 5. This is out in simplified form Fig. 3 shows where one and the same fiber in their r> different positions during the rotation of the opening roller 5 is shown. The 28 is capable of Fiber shortly after being released from the supplied sliver 1. In position 29, the laser is already working her free hand pressed against the wall 9 by centrifugal force. In the layer 30, the fiber lies on the Wall 91, whereby its resistance to being taken along by the toothing 6 of the opening roller 5 is increased so that the fiber end bent around the toothing 6 is straightened, as in position 31 is shown in dashed lines; In the position 32 shown in dotted lines, the straight fiber passes through the feed channel 11 sucked into the spinning rotor 12.
After the in F i g. 4 arrangement shown, according to the the loosened fibers sucked in the opposite direction with respect to the opening roller rotation by the rotor the impurities of higher specific gravity collide with the wall 9 in Pl'cilrichlung 33, are carried along by the opening roller 5 and finally again through the separation opening 16 Dumped in the room after F.inlrill 111.
