Zu diesem Zwecke besteht der Schieber k, der durch eine Stange I von außen bewegt wird, aus zwei rechtwinklig aufeinander stehenden Platten.
. In der Decke e des Backofens ist neben der Öffnung g noch eine zweite Verbindungsöffnung m vorgesehen. Die beiden öffnungen g und m können durch einen unterhalb derselben beweglichen, durch eine Stange η von außen zu bewegenden Schieber 0 abwechselnd abgedeckt werden.
