The continuous furnace consists of a hardening and a tempering section of equal length in a U or straight line, the tempering zone being fitted with stacks of two or more roller conveyors operating at half the speed of the rollers in the hardening section. The design allows a constant throughput allowing for the tempering time in processing steel alloy components.

Description

Continuous furnace with two or more conveyor levels The invention relates to a conveyor oven with two or more conveyor levels, for the liftable and lowerable Loading and unloading devices are provided.

Push-through tunnel furnaces for the heat treatment of ceramics, ferrite or The like. With superimposed, the oils penetrating, separate channels are known. These ovens also have lifting and lowering loading and unloading devices on, which are mostly arranged in gas cileuses and which only move at right angles parallel and perpendicular to the base of the furnace. The known However, ovens of this type cannot be used to achieve the object of the invention, which mainly consists of longer dwell times for the material in the oven, for example the tempering times of steel alloys, without reducing the furnace length and thus to increase the length of the system significantly. At the same time, the time for the loading and unloading of the goods into or from the various conveying levels can be reduced to a minimum so that the cycle time that results from the hardening process (discontinuous) results, is not influenced. According to the Invention this is achieved by eating in the same interior space, under corresponding enlargement of the clear room profile compared to a single furnace, two or more conveyor tracks are arranged one above the other. Best with advantage each conveyor track consists of driven conveyor rollers. It is also advantageous that 3 the drives of the conveyor rollers are designed for such a reduced speed, that the material throughput corresponds to that of a single oven. It is also the case with continuous ovens with two roller conveyors that it is advantageous compared to a single oven with the same Overall length and half the throughput speed is designed. Should the length be at A tempering furnace in a hardening plant can be particularly restricted Serving conveyor oven with advantage in addition to the preliminary stages (hardening oven, washing machine etc. and operated with opposite conveying direction. With advantage the lift for the property rests in a known manner on a telescopic Pillar. Finally, it is advantageous that the curing oven exit door as a function can be actuated from their distance to the property.

In the drawing, an embodiment according to the invention is shown.

Pig. 1 shows the top view of the spatial arrangement of the hardening furnace with the associated devices and the tempering furnace, Fig. 2 shows the corresponding Side view in section, Fig. 3 shows the transport device in one of the possible Working positions.

Die Ofenausgangstüre 14 des Härteofens H, die als Klapp- oder auch als Schiebetüre ausgebildet sein kann, wird durch. eine.zeichnerisch nicnt dargestellte elektrische Steuerung in Abhängigkeit von ihrer rn-ernung zuz: Gut 9 betätigt; d.h. daß diese Türe nach Verlassen des Gutes aus dem Härte ofen H alsbald wieder geschlossen wird.D Fig. 1, the tempering furnace is designated by h and Hareoxenstrasse by H. The material to be hardened is first put into the washing machine in the direction of arrow 1 with an adjoining drying chamber and then passes through a sneeze into the curing oven and leave the curing oven street after passing the last one Washing machine and drying chamber The goods are then processed with the method described below Transport device brought into the adjacent tempering furnace A according to arrow 2 and leaves this irb direction of arrow 3. The course of the crop is thus designed U-shaped, whereby the legs of the U can be of unequal length. One another way of setting up would be to put all parts of the system in "one line" to be arranged, with each saving in "length" being particularly important here. Of the Cross-section of the hardening furnace H and the hnlaßotens A. are shown in FIG. Of the Hardening furnace only has the roller conveyor 4, which is in a manner known per se from is driven outside. The clear spatial profile of the tempering furnace A is opposite one Single furnace enlarged so that the two roller conveyors arranged one above the other 5 and 6 find sufficient space in the tempering furnace room. The number of - one above the other arranged roller conveyors can be increased if necessary. The drives of the Roller conveyors have such a speed that the material throughput is that of a single oven is equivalent to. The continuous oven according to the invention is opposite to a single oven designed with the same length, but half the throughput speed. As already mentioned, the transport of the goods from the hardening furnace H to the tempering furnace A and also the Transport to the respective roller conveyor can be carried out quickly and quickly. Around To achieve this, there is a lifting and lowering loading system on the front of both ovens. or removal device 7 is provided, which also applies to the U-shaped system design can be moved horizontally on the rails 8 at the same time. This is in height Device by means of telescopically arranged compressed air or hydraulic cylinders movable so that the good 9 from the exit of the drying chamber or the washing machine to enter the roller conveyor 5 or 6, which is different in height or at the same height the shortest path is moved (Fig. 3). With appropriate training of the telescopic Column 11, the lifting platform 12 for the goods 9 or 9t can be raised so high that baskets can also be loaded into the roller conveyor 13 or other roller conveyors. The furnace exit door 14 of the hardening furnace H, which can be designed as a folding or sliding door, is through. an electrical control not shown in the drawing as a function from your rn-appointment: good 9 operated; i.e. that this door after Exit of the goods from the oven H will be closed again as soon as possible.
