Claims (4)

1. Lampenkette (3) mit:
ersten und zweiten Leitern (4, 5), die im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und in Abstand zueinander sind, und
einer Mehrzahl von Leuchtdioden-Chips (6), von denen jeder eine erste Elektrode (61), die fest an dem ersten Leiter (4) angebracht und elektrisch damit verbunden ist, und eine zweite Elektrode (62) hat, die elektrisch mit dem zweiten Leiter (5) verbunden ist.
2. Lampenkette (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Elektrode (62) jedes Leuchtioden-Chips (6) mit einem Metallkontakt (63) versehen ist, wobei die Lampenkette (3) weiter eine Mehrzahl von Metalldrähten (64) aufweist, wobei jeder Metalldraht durch Drahtbonden eine Verbindung des Metallkontakts (63) auf einem jeweiligen Leuchtdioden-Chip (6) mit dem zweiten Leiter (5) herstellt.
3. Lampenkette (3) nach Anspruch 1, weiter gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von Schalen (65), von denen jede aus einem lichtdurchlässigen Isolatormaterial hergestellt ist und jeweils einen Leuchtdioden-Chip (6) an dem ersten und zweiten Leiter (4, 5) einschließt.
4. Lampenkette (3) nach Anspruch 1, weiter gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von Schalen (66), von denen jede aus einem lichtdurchlässigen Isolatormaterial hergestellt ist und jeweils einen Satz von benachbarten Leuchtdioden-Chips (6) an dem ersten und zweiten Leiter (4, 5) einschließt.
