Claims (13)

Statischer Mikrovermischer mit integriertem Wärmetauscher, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Stapeln von mehreren übereinander ge­ schichteten Folien und/oder Platten aufgebaut ist, mindestens eine Mischein­ heiten sowie mindestens ein Wärmeaustauschereinheit aufweist und Zu­ leitungen für mindestens zwei zu mischende Stoffströme besitzt.1.
