Abstract

The invention relates to a web-fed rotary press comprising at least one printing group in which at least one exchangeable, inkable plate cylinder (1) and at least one exchangeable rubber blanket cylinder (2) are arranged respectively in movable bearings and fixed bearings in such a way that they can be removed from the movable bearings. The plate cylinder consists of a drivable core (3) and an exchangeable sleeve (6) which is placed over the core, and the rubber blanket cylinder (2) consists of a synchronously drivable core (3) and an exchangeable sleeve (27) which is placed over the associated core. At least one of the cylinder sleeves (6, 27) is connected to the cylinder core (3) thereof in a positively locking manner.

Claims (16)

1. Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit mindestens einem Druckwerk in dem jeweils zwischen Seitenwänden in Loslagern und Festlagern mindestens ein auswechselbarer, einfärbbarer Plattenzylinder (1) und mindestens ein auswechselbarer Gummituchzylinder (2) loslagerseitig ausziehbar angeordnet sind, wobei der Plattenzylinder (1) aus einem angetriebenen Plattenzylinderkern (3) sowie einer darauf aufgeschobenen, auswechselbaren Plattenzylinderhülse (6) und der Gummituchzylinder (2) aus einem synchron angetriebenen Gummituchzylinderkern (3) sowie einer darauf aufgeschobenen, auswechselbaren Gummituchzylinderhülse (27) bestehen und die Zylinderhülsen (6, 27) mit ihren Zylinderkernen (3) formschlüssig, verbunden sind.1.Rotary rotary printing press with at least one printing unit in which at least one interchangeable, inkable plate cylinder ( 1 ) and at least one interchangeable blanket cylinder ( 2 ) are arranged on the movable bearing side, in each case between the side walls in floating bearings and fixed bearings, the plate cylinder ( 1 ) consisting of a driven plate cylinder core ( 3 ) as well as an interchangeable plate cylinder sleeve ( 6 ) and the rubber blanket cylinder ( 2 ) consisting of a synchronously driven rubber blanket cylinder core ( 3 ) and an interchangeable rubber blanket cylinder sleeve ( 27 ) and the cylinder sleeves ( 6 , 27 ) with their cylinder cores ( 3 ) positive, are connected. 2.
