Claims (8)
1. Scheinwerfer, umfassend ein Scheinwerfergehäuse (2)
sowie eine Abdeckscheibe (1) zum Abschluss des
Scheinwerfergehäuses (2) in Lichtabstrahlrichtung einer im
Scheinwerfer angeordneten Lichtquelle, wobei das
Scheinwerfergehäuse (2) und die Abdeckscheibe (1) dicht
miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Scheinwerfergehäuse (2) eine zumindest abschnittsweise
umlaufende U-förmige Kontur (9) zur Aufnahme einer Kante
(11) der Abdeckscheibe (1) aufweist und wobei im Bereich
der Kontur (9) des Scheinwerfergehäuses (2) das
Scheinwerfergehäuse (2) mit der Abdeckscheibe (1)
verschweißbar ist.
2. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Abdeckscheibe (1)und das Scheinwerfergehäuse (2)
mittels eines Durchstrahllasers miteinander verbunden sind.
3. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Scheinwerfergehäuse (2)und die
Abdeckscheibe (1) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff
bestehen, insbesondere das Gehäuse (2) aus einem
eingefärbten thermoplastischen Kunststoff und die
Abdeckscheibe (1) aus einem transparenten thermoplastischen
Kunststoff.
4. Scheinwerfer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstand (7)
zwischen der U-förmigen Kontur (9) und der Kante (11) zur
Aufnahme der Schmelze (10) gegeben ist.
5. Scheinwerfer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der U-förmigen
Kontur (9) eine Nut (4) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer
Dichtnase (6) der Kante (11) der Abdeckscheibe (1)
korrespondiert und zusammenwirkt.
6. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in die Dichtnut (4) ein Dichtmittel, insbesondere eine
Dichtschnur eingebracht ist, die mit der Dichtnase (6)
zusammenwirkt.
7. Scheinwerfer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der U-förmigen
Kontur (9) Positionierrippen (14) und/oder Schweißstege
(16) zur partiellen Verschweißung mit der Kante (11) der
Abdeckscheibe (1) vorhanden sind und dabei die U-förmige
Kontur (9) mit Dichtmittel (5) ausgefüllt ist.
8. Scheinwerfer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der
Diodenlaser dem Umfang der Verbindung zwischen
Abdeckscheibe (1) und Gehäuse (2) entspricht.
