Claims (10)
mit wenigsten einer pneumatischen Fraktioniereinrichtung (8) zur Fraktionie rung eines Ausgangsgemisches (3) der Teilchen in einen fraktionierten Teil chenstrom (9),
mit einer Formunterlage (24), auf die der fraktionierte Teilchenstrom (9) mit tels einer Relativbewegung (22) zwischen der Formunterlage (24) und der Vorrichtung (1) so aufbringbar ist, dass im fertigen Vlies (2) in einer unteren Deckschicht (29) und in einer oberen Deckschicht verhältnismäßig kleine Teilchen und in einer Mittelschicht (31) verhältnismäßig große Teilchen an geordnet sind,
und mit wenigstens einer jeweils einem Abschnitt (10; 11) des fraktionierten Teilchenstroms (9) zugeordneten Walzengruppe (20; 43),
wobei die Walzen (21; 44) jeder Walzengruppe (20; 43) mit zueinander paral lelen und quer zu der Relativbewegung (22) orientierten Längsachsen ange ordnet und drehend antreibbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Walzengruppe (20) an einem auch die kleinsten Teilchen enthaltenden ersten Endabschnitt (10) des fraktonier ten Teilchenstroms (9) angeordnet ist,
dass, höher als die erste Walzengruppe (20), ein den ersten Endabschnitt (10) des fraktionierten Teilchenstroms (9) als Fraktionsgemisch auffangen des, umlaufendes Transportband (18) angeordnet ist,
dass das Fraktionsgemisch durch das Transportband (18) auf die erste Wal zengruppe (20) aufgebbar ist,
dass die erste Walzengruppe (20) als Homogenisierungseinheit ausgebildet ist, durch die das Fraktionsgemisch hinsichtlich der Teilchengröße homoge nisierbar ist,
dass zwischen benachbarten Walzen (21) der ersten Walzengruppe (20) ein gleich großer, jeweils einen Teilstrom (25, 26, 27) des homogenisierten Frak tionsgemisches bildender Spalt (28) besteht,
und dass die Teilströme (25, 26, 27) nacheinander auf die Formunterlage (24) oder auf das entstehende Vlies (2) streubar sind.1. Device ( 1 ) for the continuous or discontinuous production of a fleece ( 2 ) from fibrous particles provided with a binder, in particular chips of different sizes,

dass zwischen benachbarten Walzen (44) der zweiten Walzengruppe (43) ein gleich großer, jeweils einen Teilstrom (45, 46, 47) der homogenisierten Teilchen bildender Spalt (48) besteht,
und dass die Teilströme (45, 46, 47) nacheinander auf das entstehende Vlies (2) streubar sind.3. Device according to claim 2,
