Abstract

Schutzansprüche erhebe ich für den von mir Erfundenen Schutzbügel (siehe Zeichnung Anlage 3 Fig. 1 und 2) ich nenne ihn Antisturzbügel auf Englisch Anti-Crash-Bar Einsatzbereich Motorräder, Motorradrensport, Fahrräder und Zweiräder aller Art (Kinderfahrräder) zur Unfall bzw. Sturzvermeidung und Vermeidung oder Veringerrung schwerer Stürze und Veletzungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzbügel in einer U Form (Siehe Anage 3 Zeichnung Draufsicht) den Reifen des Rades umschließt und das sich drehende Rad/Räder nicht mehr direkt berühren können. Der Antisturzbügel kann auf 4 Arten befestigt werden.

  1. 1. mit der Steckachse durch die Vorderradgabel/Felge oder Hinterradfelge bzw. Schwinge (siehe Zeichnung Nr. 7 Radachsen), dies ist die beste, schnellste, stabilste und unkomplizierteste Möglichkeit den Antisturzbügel mit hohen Anzugsdrehmoment an der Achse zu befestigen. Bei Motorrädern mit einer sogenannten Einarmschwinge ein Muß /
  2. 2. bei der Motorradvordergabel (normale Gabel mit Gabelholm unten oder Up - Side - Downgabel muß ebenfalls wie bei der Schwinge eine geeignete Befestigungsmöglichkeit vorhanden sein oder geschaffen werden (Hersteller!)
  3. 3. bei normalen Motorradschwingen hinten mit zwei Armen kann der Antisturzbügel auch an der Schwinge montiert werden, diese muß aber mit einer festen Haltevorrichtung versehen sein oder werden.
  4. 4. der Schutzbügel kann aber auch in Kombination mit der Radachse und Gabelholm zusammen montiert werden; erhöht die Festigkeit und der Schutzbügel ist dadurch am besten Fixiert.
