Description
The present invention relates to a lens cover for a network-enabled terminal having an adhesive capable of adhering to a flat surface of the network-capable terminal and forming at least a part of a lower surface of the lens cover, and an actuator which is in material association with the adhesive and at least one Part of a top of the lens cover forms, as well as a network-enabled terminal with such a lens cover.
There are already covers for the protection of lenses or cameras of network-enabled terminals and there are also devices against the visual spying information by cameras.
Such conventional devices for protecting against visual spying information, for example, consist of thin stickers applied to or over the cameras of the terminals. A disadvantage of these stickers is that they are difficult to detach from after they have once been applied over the lens of the network-capable terminal and, even if they have been detached therefrom, usually leave residues on the network-capable terminal. Since such labels are not suitable for repeated use, they are often offered as a multipack. This is neither ecological nor user friendly. In addition, the application of such stickers is particularly cumbersome and time consuming for the user. For protection, he has to apply the sticker. If he wants to use the camera again, he has to remove the sticker from the position above the lens of the camera and stick it in another place or put it in the trash. If he wants protection again from visual spying, he must remove the sticker from the intermediate position or remove a new sticker from the multipack and cover the lens again. Thus, to apply the label to protect it from spying and re-apply the sticker, after the camera has been used in the meantime, always perform five steps.
In addition, rail systems are known in the art, in which a kind of cover can be pushed over two lenses, for example, over the lens. However, these rails are again complicated and inflexible to attach to the network-enabled device and hardly suitable for mobile devices.
In all the lens covers shown above, the lens of a camera system of a network-enabled terminal can indeed be reliably covered, but they are usually complicated to install, not remove residue and complicated in the operation.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a lens cover for a network-enabled terminal, which is easy to retrofit, removable without residue and easy to use.
This object is achieved according to a first aspect of the invention by a lens cover having the features of claim 1. This is characterized in particular by the fact that it comprises an adhesive and an actuating means of the type mentioned, wherein the adhesive and the actuating means are designed such that the lens cover on the surface of the networkable terminal adhesive can be moved without residue with a finger.
In the context of the invention, it has been recognized that lens covers are only used by users for protection against spying on information when they are particularly easy to apply to the terminal, are easy to operate, preferably with one hand or only one finger, and again quickly and, above all, to remove any residue. All this can be ensured with the lens cover according to the first aspect of the present invention. It is particularly advantageous that no separate adhesive, which produce a chemical and at least partially cohesive connection between the lens cover and the network-enabled terminal and thus are residue-promoting, are required.
In a preferred embodiment according to a second aspect of the present invention, the adhesive surface consists of a plurality of suction cups. In the prior art it has been found that a lens cover, which is designed for example as a simple suction cup, neither firmly enough adheres to the network-enabled terminal, can still be moved to this adhesive. Therefore, such a suction cup has always been secured with a safety device. In the context of the present invention, however, it has surprisingly been found in experiments that when using a plurality of suitable suction cups on the underside of the lens cover this not only adheres to the surface of the network capable terminals as desired, but can also be moved in the adhesive state on the surface of the same , This eliminates the two steps of removing the lens cover and reapplying the lens cover since it is never removed from the terminal in the sliding motion. Thus, the lens cover according to the invention can be moved particularly easily between a closed position and a release position. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the suction cups are formed as open bubbles.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a third aspect, at least a part of the upper side of the actuating means is concave. This results in a particularly advantageous actuating means for the user, by means of which he can move the lens cover by means of a single finger, which rests on the concave surface of the lens cover.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a fourth aspect, at least a part of the upper side of the actuating means is convex. As a result, the user can move the lens cover just as easily and the lens cover can be made by "dripping" in a particularly simple manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a fifth aspect, the actuating means comprises at least one nose which extends opposite to the adhesive. By such a nose, the user can move the lens cover very easy.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a sixth aspect, friction elements are formed on at least a part of the upper side of the actuating means. As a result, the user with his finger especially the operating means of the lens cover grab particularly well and therefore easy to move.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a seventh aspect, the lens cover is capable of non-magnetically adhering to the network-enabled terminal. This offers the advantage that no further ferromagnetic part stick to the lens cover, or damage the lens cover, for example, on a smartphone in a bag, no surrounding objects such as magnetic cards.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to an eighth aspect, the actuating means is made of resin. Through a resin material of the actuator, the lens cover offers an excellent compromise of durability, wear resistance and prevention of damage to surrounding objects.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention according to a ninth Aspect, the adhesive has an upper side, which is formed opposite to the underside of the lens cover and the actuating means has an underside, which is opposite to the top of the lens cover, wherein the top of the adhesive and the underside of the actuating means are in complete composite material. That is, the bottom of the actuator is completely covered with the adhesive. As a result, a particularly good adhesion of the lens cover to the network-capable terminal can be achieved and still a good displaceability of the lens cover can be ensured.
