Alle bis heute bekannten Gleichstrommotoren für den Anbau an Linearantriebe sind Motoren, die aus der Produktion von Scheibenwischermotoren für die Automobilindustrie stammen. Sie müssen für Vorwärts- und Rückwärtslauf von außen umgesteuert werden, um ihre Drehrichtung zu ändern. Werden solche Motoren in Linearantrieben verwendet, sind aufwendige Verdrahtungen mit extra Platinen und elektronischen Bauteilen notwendig.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Elektromotor zu schaffen, der alle für seinen Betrieb notwendigen Regel- und Steuerungsbauteile enthält und an den mittels Steckkontakte die Stromversorgung, Endabschalter sowie der Handschalter direkt angesteckt werden. Die Anwendung an Linearantrieben wird so in der Art vereinfacht, daß alle externen Verdrahtungsarbeiten sowie Zusatzplatinen enfallen.

Claims (8)

Gleichstrommotor, mit einem aus gewickeltem Rotor (2), Kollektor (6), Kugellagern (7 und 8) bestehenden Anker, sowie zweier, mittels eines Stahlringes (3) magnetisch verbundenen Permanentmagneten (4) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker und der Stahlring (3) mit den Magneten (4) von einer oder mehreren Kunststoffschalen (1) umfaßt werden, die zum Betrieb notwendigen Kollektorbürsten (9) sich auf einer gemeinsamen Steuerplatine (5) mit den Umsteuerelementen (11) sowie den steuerungsrelevanten Steckanschlüssen (10) befinden und durch eine gedruckte Schaltung miteinander verbunden sind, die Platine (5) in ihrer Lage durch die Kunststoffgehäusehälften (I) über dem Kollektor (6) fixiert ist und die Gehäusehälften (1) mittels Schrauben verbunden sind, wobei ihre Zentrierung durch die Lager (7 und 8) und den Magnetring (3) des eingelegten Ankers erfolgt. 1.
