Claims (6)

1. Kunststoffschachtel bestehend aus einem Oberteil 1 mit einer Freisparung 5 und vorzugsweise im Bereich der Freisparung 5 zwei Haltetaschen 7 und einem Unterteil 2 mit einer federnd eindrückbaren Seitenwand 3 mit Haltenasen 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltenase 6 in die Haltetasche 7 eingreift und somit das Oberteil 1 sicher auf dem Unterteil 2 hält, wobei durch manuelles oder maschinelles Verdrücken der Seitenwand 3 ein einfaches und sicheres entriegeln zum Öffnen der Kunststoffschachtel und auch wieder zum Schliessen gewährleistet wird;
2. Kunststoffschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer zweiteilgen Kunststoffschachtel mit einem Oberteil 1 und einem Unterteil 2 sich jeweils immer an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Seitenwand 3 mit Haltenase 6 und eine Freisparung 5 mit Haltetasche 7 befindet, vorzugsweise an den Längsseiten der Kunststoffschachtel;

Kunststoffschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der einteiligen Ausführungsvariante das Oberteil 1 mit dem Unterteil 2 über ein Scharnierband 8 verbunden ist, wobei gekennzeichnet nach Anspruch 2, Seitenwand 3 mit Haltenase 6 und Freisparung 5 mit Haltetasche 7 an den Seitenwänden 90° zur Drehachse des Scharnierbandes 8 angeordnet sein können, vorzugsweise jedoch auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zum Scharnierband 8 einseitig angeordnet ist;

Kunststoffschachtel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff­ schachtel geschlossen in eine Füllmaschine transportiert, mit einem Stoppstift 12 exakt positioniert, mit einem Schieber 19 entriegelt und mit einem Sauger 11 durch abziehen des Oberteiles 1 geöffnet wird, wobei nach dem Beladen des Unterteiles 2 der Sauger 11 das Oberteil 1 wieder in die Schliessposition zurückbringt und das Oberteil 1 auf dem Unterteil 2 rastend gehalten wird;
5. Kunststoffschachtel nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ausführungs- Varianten untereinander beliebig kombinierbar sind, so kann z. B. Haltenase 6 mit Haltetasche 7 vertauscht werden, oder das Scharnierband 8 kann an der Schmalseite der Kunststoffschachtel angebracht sein;
6. Kunststoffschachtel nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil 1 und das Unterteil 2 aus PE hergestellt wird, vorzugsweise in der Ausführungsvariante mit Scharnierband 8 aus PP.
