Claims (12)

1. Vakuum-Bandfördervorrichtung (8) umfassend:
  • a) ein luftdurchlässiges endloses Band (10);
  • b) eine erste Rolle (11), angeordnet am stromaufwärtigen Ende der Förder­ vorrichtung und eine zweite Rolle (12), angeordnet am stromabwärtigen Ende der Fördervorrichtung, wobei die Rollen das Band führen, wenn das Band umläuft;
  • c) das endlose Band (10) hat ein transportierendes Trumm, welches von der ersten zur zweiten Rolle läuft, außerdem ein zurücklaufendes Trumm, wel­ ches von der zweiten zur ersten Rolle läuft;
  • d) das transportierende Trumm ist in Kontakt mit einer Platte (20) mit Öffnun­ gen (21), die an eine Unterdruckquelle anschließbar sind;
  • e) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (10) im Bereich des stromaufwär­ tigen Endes der Fördervorrichtung in Kontakt mit einer gekrümmten und perforierten Führungsfläche (13, 33) ist, wobei die Perforationen ebenfalls an eine Unterdruckquelle anschließbar sind.
1. Vacuum belt conveyor device ( 8 ) comprising:
  • a) an air-permeable endless belt ( 10 );
  • b) a first roller ( 11 ) arranged at the upstream end of the conveyor and a second roller ( 12 ) arranged at the downstream end of the conveyor, the rollers guide the belt when the belt rotates;
  • c) the endless belt ( 10 ) has a transporting run, which runs from the first to the second roll, and also a returning run, which runs from the second to the first roll;
  • d) the transporting strand is in contact with a plate ( 20 ) with openings ( 21 ) which can be connected to a vacuum source;
  • e) characterized in that the belt ( 10 ) is in the region of the upstream end of the conveyor in contact with a curved and perforated guide surface ( 13 , 33 ), the perforations also being connectable to a vacuum source.
