Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Maschine zum Reinigen und Aufbereiten von Ton u.dgl., deren Arbeitszylinder aus schraubenförmigen Windungen besteht, zwischen denen der Ton hindurchgedrückt wird. Das Neue besteht bei dieser Maschine darin, daß im Innern des sich drehenden Arbeitszylinders eine sich in entgegengesetztem Sinne drehende Schnecke gelagert ist, deren Windungen denen des Zylinders entgegenlaufen. Hierdurch wird bewirkt, daß der Ton zwischen der Schnecke und den Windungen des Arbeitszylinders, welche der Schnecke entgegenarbeiten, vollkommen zerrieben wird, bevor er durch die Zylinderwindungen hindurchtritt, während die nicht zerreibbaren Steine, Kalkstücke u. dgl. nicht zwischen den Windungen hindurchgehen und am hinteren Ende des Arbeitszylinders ausgeworfen werden.The invention relates to a machine for cleaning and processing clay, etc., whose working cylinder consists of helical turns, between which the sound is pushed through. Das Grundgestell 16 der Maschine, welches eine schräge Lage hat, trägt einen Trichter 1, in dessen unterem Teil eine mit dem Antriebe 2 versehene Stachelwalze 3 drehbar gelagert ist. Letztere ist mit einer Anzahl von Ringen 4 versehen, zwischen denen um die Walze laufende Reihen von pyramidenförmigen Stacheln 5 angebracht sind. Im oberen Teil des Trichters 1 ist ein aus einer Anzahl Winkelhebel 8 gebildetes Gitterwerk um Bolzen 8a drehbar gelagert. Die nach außen ragenden Arme der Winkelhebel 8 tragen Belastungsgewichte 7, so daß die unteren Enden der in den Trichter hineinragenden Arme gegen die Walze 3 gedrückt werden, wobei sie sich in die zwischen den Ringen 4 und den Stacheln 5 verbleibenden, ringsum laufenden Vertiefungen 6 legen. An der Innenwand des Trichters ist den Winkelhebeln gegenüber eine über die ganze Breite des Trichters reichende schräge Querwand 9 angebracht, welche das oben eingeführte Gut so auf die Walze 3 fallen läßt, daß es bei der Drehung der letzteren gegen das Gitterwerk geführt wird.The base frame 16 of the machine, which has an inclined position, carries a funnel 1, in the lower part of which a spiked roller 3 provided with the drive 2 is rotatably mounted.
