Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for introducing solid water. Mixtures (suspensions) in water, artificially created collection and Sedimentation tanks or vehicle holds to support the intended separation of solids, in particular sedimentation, and Process for their appropriate application. When extracting Loose rocks, especially gravel and sand, are in the extracted material often contain components in grain size ranges of <1 mm, which one economic recovery can not be supplied.
For this reason, the production of aggregates on the one hand must a separation of these components can be made. To do this Washes used. The washing water required is obtained during extraction in the wet directly from the open pit, be it from the quarry or from wells, taken.
Feinmaterial beladen. Für die Entsorgung dieses beladenen Waschwassers
werden gegenwärtig folgende Vorgehensweisen alternativ angewendet:
The washing water is loaded with the fine material after it has been used in the washing process. The following procedures are currently used alternatively for the disposal of this loaded washing water:
- - Einleitung in hierzu angelegte Sedimentationsbecken und Rück führung des Wassers nach der Sedimentation in den Tagebau,- Introduction into the sedimentation basin and back guiding the water into the opencast mine after sedimentation,
- - ufernahe direkte Einleitung des beladenen Waschwassers in den Tagebau mit dem Ziel, die Sedimentation im Tagebau erfolgen zu lassen,- Direct introduction of the loaded washing water into the Opencast mining with the aim of sedimentation in the opencast mine to take place to let,
- - mechanische Entwässerung.- mechanical drainage.
Die Nachteile dieses Standes der Technik sind:
The disadvantages of this prior art are:
- a) hoher Flächenbedarf (Umweltbelastung, Kosten)a) high space requirements (environmental impact, costs)
- b) Beeinträchtigung der für Fauna und Flora bedeutsamen oberen Wasserschichten durch Trübungswolken der Suspension.b) impairment of the upper fauna and flora Layers of water through cloudiness of the suspension.

These disadvantages are overcome by the device according to the patent claim eliminated.
Wasserschichten erfolgt. Diese Lösung wird erzielt
The fine material is brought into the opencast mine with the washing water without impairing the water layers that are important for environmental protection. This solution is achieved
By a device (outlet member) that a low turbulence 1st Allows the suspension to flow out of the delivery line,
- - durch Positionierung des Auslaßorgans in optimaler Wassertiefe,- by positioning the outlet element in the optimal water depth,
- - durch variable Positionierung des Auslaßorgans in Abhängigkeit der Intensität der Sedimentation des Feinmaterials.- By variable positioning of the outlet member depending on the Intensity of sedimentation of the fine material.
Vorteile dieser Lösung sind:
The advantages of this solution are:
- - keine Beeinträchtigungen der Umwelt durch Bau von Sedimen tationsbecken.- no adverse effects on the environment through the construction of sediments station pool.
- - geringer Energieaufwand,- low energy consumption,
- - hohe Flexibilität in der Anwendung hinsichtlich Menge und Beschaf fenheit des Feinmaterials im Wasser.- High flexibility in use in terms of quantity and procurement Openness of the fine material in the water.
In the wet dredging of loose rock in port, canal and river construction on the other hand, solid-water mixtures are promoted, from which the Solid as much as possible with simple means directly at the funding point should be separated so that the water can be safely reintroduced can be. The suspension is currently in bulk or Load rooms initiated by dredgers that act as sedimentation rooms should work. Due to the high turbulence when the suspension is introduced the sedimentation is severely impaired, so that with the reintroduced Water considerable amounts of solids, especially in the area of small particles, transported back, which lead to considerable clouding of the water. This procedure is therefore objectionable for reasons of environmental protection.
Sedimentation can, however, be clearly supported if the Low turbulence suspension, d. H. laminar in the barges or holds of the Initiate excavators. The area available for sedimentation can also be much more effective for sedimentation be used. Overall, the solids content of the water before Return significantly reduced.
The wash water in the production of loose rock, especially in the the gravel and sand processing, contain material in suspended form Ingredients that have previously been extracted from the material Deposit were removed. Therefore, a backwash is made of material Principally harmless view. However, it must be ensured that no impairment of the upper water layers and the existing ones Entry and flora occurs.
Erfindungsgemäß wird folgende Lösung angewendet:
The following solution is used according to the invention:
-
1. The washing water is dispensed through a special outlet device (rinsing head) which is connected to the downpipe. The design of the flushing head ensures that the washing water flows out with low turbulence and over a larger cross-section than the flushing pipe has. This ensures that there is no turbulent mixing with the water layers above the rinsing head and the sedimentation is not impaired by turbulent flow below the rinsing head. (see Fig. 1).
According to Fig. 2, the outlet cross-section is designed as a perforated plate with constant variable hole diameters and constant or variable division or as a single or multi-layer sieve. Due to the hydrodynamic design, the flushing head can be adapted to the diameter of the flushing pipe and the solid water flow in such a way that a low-turbulence, directed towards the bottom of the water is present underneath the flushing head and the suspended fine material is transported largely undisturbed in the desired direction. - 2. The rinsing head is set to the required level using the downpipe Water depth set. This is chosen so that the flushing head is approx. 2 m is below the level above which there is no impairment of the Water may enter through the rinsing process.
The downpipe is attached to a pontoon. The supply line of the Wash water is carried out through a floating pipeline. The pontoon can be operated in a controlled manner using the remote winch control, so that the introduction of the fine material according to the soil profile can be made.
The device and method according to the invention should not only be used for introduction of washing water from sand and gravel processing but also for one Sedimentation-promoting discharge of other solid water Suspensions in water are used.
In the wet dredging of loose rock in port, canal and river construction, the conveyed solid-water mixtures are to be introduced into the holds of barges or dredgers via flushing heads which are designed as perforated plates or sieves in the outlet cross section. Depending on the cross-section of the loading space, the flushing heads are primarily designed with a rectangular outlet cross-section ( Fig. 3). As a result, a low-turbulence / laminar flow in the longitudinal direction of the cargo space is achieved across the entire width of the cargo space, which supports the settling of the solid. The necessary uniform distribution of the mixture over the starting cross-section is achieved by means of a variable flow cross-section within the flushing head.
