Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for common Cleaning of the resulting from the production of mineral fertilizers Exhaust gases and / or vapors.
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mineraldünger wie Nitrophosphat- oder Nitrophosphat-Kalium-Dünger (NP- oder NPK-Dünger) weisen im allgemeinen folgende sequentielle Verfahrensschritte auf:Process for the production of mineral fertilizers such as nitrophosphate or Nitrophosphate potassium fertilizers (NP or NPK fertilizers) generally have the following sequential process steps:
- - Aufschluß: die Auflösung der festen Rohstoffe (Rohphosphat, Diammoni umphosphat, Monoammoniumphosphat, u. a.) in Mineralsäuren und Ausschleusung unlöslicher Bestandteile- Disruption: the dissolution of the solid raw materials (raw phosphate, diammoni umphosphate, monoammonium phosphate, u. a.) in mineral acids and Removal of insoluble components

- - Neutralisation: Neutralisation der sauren Lösung mit NH₃- Neutralization: neutralization of the acidic solution with NH₃
- - Eindampfung: Konzentrierung der Lösung, auch als Maische bezeichnet, durch WasserabdampfungEvaporation: concentration of the solution, also known as mash, through water evaporation
- - Kalimischung: Zudosierung von Kali- und anderen Salzen zur Formel einstellung- Potash mixture: Potassium and other salts are added to the formula attitude
- - Granulation und Trocknung: Formgebung der Maische in Granulat und Restwasserentfernung mittels Brenngasen/Heißluft.- Granulation and drying: shaping of the mash in granulate and Residual water removal using fuel gases / hot air.
When carrying out these process steps, exhaust gases and vapors occur in different amounts and with different contents of nitrogen oxides (NO x ), ammonia (NH₃), water vapor, hydrogen fluoride (HF), silicon fluoride (SiF₄) and solid dust (alkali and alkaline earth nitrates, sulfates, -phosphates, -fluorides and mixed salts) depending on the raw materials used and the final formula of the mineral fertilizer to be produced.
According to the existing legal regulations, the exhaust gases and the vapors are treated before being released to the environment reduce contained ingredients. There are already a number of Proceedings become known.
For example, EP-A 0 562 328 describes a method for simultaneous loading handling of collected exhaust gases and vapors from neutralization, Ein steaming, potash mixing, granulation and drying in a single stage Wash column with separating internals. The exhaust gases are there cleaned, and at the same time is so much due to the heat content of the exhaust gases Water evaporates that much of the contained in the exhaust gases Pollutants and solids are precipitated in the washing solution and there insoluble by reaction with one another, by precipitation and crystallization Sediments and caking in the liquid distributor of the circulating wash solution and in the separating internals (e.g. fillings and packun fillings). In particular, occurs in the known methods for cleaning dry, dust - laden exhaust gases, which are used in the production of Mineral fertilizers always arise in the exhaust gas cleaning columns Problem of dust deposits at the gas inlet, at the gas distributor and at the surrounding internals of the column, especially at the bottom of the Pack, on. This has significantly shortened downtimes with frequent operation interference. Such disorders can only be prevented by regular Parking and cleaning to remove the deposits can be avoided.
From SU-A-360 960 it is known that one working with foam Washing equipment for the separation of dust from exhaust gases as it enters dry, dusty gas by atomizing water into small droplets is moistened below the foam layer. This has the disadvantage that additional water gets into the washing solution. This seems a desirable one Concentration opposite, especially in the above Procedure is an essential feature.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the deposits in Reduce the area of gas entry. In addition, even at peak times pollution caused by operational fluctuations can be reliably prevented.
The solution to the problem is based on the common procedure Cleaning of the resulting from the production of mineral fertilizers Exhaust gases and / or vapors in a scrubbing column using a scrubbing liquid speed. The method according to the invention is then characterized in that the waste gases introduced into the scrubbing column after they enter the lower part of the washing column are sprayed with a liquid.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, there is Liquid at least partly from that used in the washing column Washing liquid. The amount of liquid sprayed is preferred chosen so that the incoming gas stream is completely sprayed. Here is at least part of the sprayed liquid against the distribution elements of the distribution system for the exhaust gases. The spraying takes place preferably through nozzles in the distribution system for the exhaust gases in the Wash column are arranged. The droplets of the spray liquid must contrary to the view represented in SU-A-360 960, not deliberately fine be generated. It was found that simple nozzles (drop spectrum depending on the type 0.1 mm to 5 mm) are sufficient. With separate feed ver different exhaust gas flows with different moisture content is the test hung into the gas stream with the lowest water vapor content.
The inventive method works in such a way that the distributor member for the incoming gas permanently to prevent deposits is sprayed. At the same time, the incoming gas and the contained Dusts are moistened, and the dusts are soaked up by the washing liquid taken and can not be deposited on the internals. Furthermore this additional intense contact between the incoming gas and Washing solution represents an additional washing step at peak loads, by preventing impermissible emissions with great effectiveness the. Finally, the internals are dried in the column reliably avoids overheated air.
The use of those in the washing column is particularly advantageous existing washing solution as an absorption medium. This is this Wash column practically equipped with an additional wash stage. A costly overdimensioning of the equipment to intercept Peak loads are therefore not necessary.
Further details and advantages of the invention can be found below described with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing Method and the device shown are removed. Here the exhaust gases to be cleaned are fed in two separate streams.

In diesen Stufen laufen folgende Verfahrensschritte ab:In the process diagram shown in Fig. 1, the above-mentioned sequential process steps are shown in block form and provided with Roman reference numerals. The following process steps take place in these stages:
I. Aufschluß: Hier werden die festen Rohstoffe (Rohphosphat, Diammoni
umphosphat, Monoammoniumphosphat, u. a.) in Salpetersäure aufgelöst,
und die unlöslichen Bestandteile werden ausgeschleust.
II. Umwandlung: Hier wird durch gezielte Kristallisation Calciumnitrat
tetrahydrat abgetrennt.
Digestion: Here the solid raw materials (raw phosphate, diammonium phosphate, monoammonium phosphate, etc.) are dissolved in nitric acid, and the insoluble components are removed.
II. Conversion: Here, calcium nitrate tetrahydrate is separated by targeted crystallization. This creates an acidic phosphate solution, which essentially consists of a mixture of nitric and phosphoric acids.
III. Neutralization: In this stage, the acidic, enriched phosphate solution is neutralized with ammonia. Here water evaporates due to the heat of reaction.
IV. Evaporation: The solution (mash) is concentrated in this stage by further evaporation of water.
V. Potash mixture: Potassium and other salts are added here to adjust the final formula of the product to be manufactured.
VI. Granulation and drying: In this stage, the mash is shaped into granules and the residual water is removed using hot air.
From this sequence of process steps, individual gas streams are produced which are fed to the lower region of a scrubbing column VII provided with internals. The washing column VII can be formed as a packed column. It can also be equipped with packings or bottoms in a known manner. The branched streams are the streams 1 , 2 and 3 designated with Arabic numerals. The resulting in the conversion in stage II exhaust gas, which contains essentially as harmful substances NO x and fluorides, is fed through line 1 to a gas distributor IX arranged under the internals of the scrubbing column VII. Together with the gas introduced through line 1 into the gas distributor IX, the exhaust gas from the granulation and drying (VI) is also supplied to this through line 3 . From the neutralization (III), the evaporation (IV) and the potash mixture (V), 2 vapors and vapors are removed through the lines and fed to a distributor X located below the gas distributor IX. The water vapor-containing exhaust gases supplied to the distributor X essentially contain NH₃ and fluorides. Both distributors are described in detail later with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. It is also possible to introduce all of the exhaust gas streams, that is to say the streams flowing through lines 1 , 2 and 3 , together into scrubbing column VII.
The bottom liquid obtained in the washing column VII is drawn off through a line 5 and partly returned to the upper part of the washing column VII by means of a circulation pump VIII. A part of the sump liquid drawn off by line 5 is fed according to the invention through line 11 to a spray system XI, which in this exemplary embodiment is arranged within gas distributor IX. Details of this will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. From the wash suspension passed through line 5 , which also contains undissolved solids, concentrated wash suspension is discharged through line 9 and returned to the production process of the mineral fertilizer. To compensate for water losses and to compensate for the concentrated washing suspension withdrawn through line 9, process and / or rinsing water are supplied through line 7 . These can be metered in through line 8 ammonia or nitric acid in order to adjust the pH of the water supplied through line 7 to the pH of the circulation suspension in line 5 . To adjust the pH and / or the phosphate concentration of the washing solution circulated in line 5, nitric acid or acidic phosphate solution can be added through line 6 , which are withdrawn via line 4 between the conversion (II) and neutralization (III) stages can. If necessary, phosphoric acid can also be added. The cleaned exhaust gas is withdrawn through line 10 .
The washing column VII shown schematically in FIG. 1 will now be explained in more detail with reference to FIG. 2.
This washing column VII is essentially a conventional washing column of cylindrical design, in the upper part of which internals VIIA, preferably packing, are arranged. A first distributor XI is provided for the washing liquid supplied through line 5 . Column VII is connected to exhaust pipe 10 via flange XII. Its collecting pipe XIII arranged in the lower part is connected via line 5 to the circulation pump VIII.
It is essential for the invention that arranged in the spray system below the internals VIIA, here provided in the gas distributor IX, as a second distributor XI, the details of which are described below with reference to FIG. 3. A distributor X for the vapors and vapors is arranged below this.
In this exemplary embodiment, the distributor IX is a so-called wing gas distributor which has baffle surfaces IXA, against which the collective gas flow flowing through the flange-shaped opening IXB flows and is distributed. At the same time, this gas flow is exposed to the washing liquid flowing down through the internals VIIA, as a result of which impurities are dissolved and dusts are washed down. The wing-shaped baffles IXA are held in a fixed position in struts IXC, which in the exemplary embodiment run conically to one another. The angle of the baffles with respect to the gas flow flowing in through the opening IXB is determined depending on its quantity and speed. In the present exemplary embodiment, the spray system XI according to the invention is arranged within this wing gas distributor. This consists essentially of a pipe XIB which is connected at one end to the line 11 and which is closed at the other end after a tapering of the cross section. Branches XIA are provided transversely to the axial direction of this tube XIB and are provided with downward-directed bores or spray nozzles.
A tube distributor X, which is provided with bores XA, is arranged below the wing gas distributor IX. In the exemplary embodiment, the gas distributor X consists of two tubes guided parallel to the gas distributor, through the feed openings XB of which the collective gas stream 2 is fed, which contains the exhaust gases and / or vapors with a high water content and high ammonia content. The holes XA are arranged so that they are preferably directed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the washing column to the outside. The distributor for gases with high water and NH₃ content can also be düsenför shaped, wherein one or more nozzles can be provided. The axis of the jet direction of these nozzles is preferably perpendicular to the axis of the washing column.
In a method operating according to the scheme described in FIG. 1 with a column according to FIGS. 2 and 3, practical results were achieved. It served as a washing solution with NH₃ mixed process rinse water, in which the adjustment of the pH with 60% aqueous HNO₃ success te. The gases 1 and 3 together form as "dry exhaust gases" the further collective exhaust gas stream, which is characterized by a low water vapor content and a low ammonia content. The gas 1 also contains a high NO x content. This collective exhaust gas stream is introduced into the scrubbing column VII via the wing gas distributor IX. The gas 2 , which has a high water vapor content and a high ammonia content and which can be referred to as "moist exhaust gas", is introduced into the washing column VII via the tube distributor X provided with bores XA.
