Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for warning of moisture damage in converted rooms, in which at least one temperature sensor on a freely selectable ren measuring position is thermally coupled to the inner surface of the room, at least one further temperature sensor near the selected measuring position in ge is arranged at a small distance from the inner surface and continues at the Humidity sensor and one connected to an information output device electronic evaluation circuit are provided.
The environmentally conscious use of energy as well as the permanent increase in the price of Heating energy requires a billable amount from homeowners Consumption value recording and a room-by-room, temperature-controlled control Set up radiators so that residents can control their own consumption and influence. The efforts also introduce energy saving recently that mold stains and mold formation in particular re increase in the apartments and cause significant property damage, renovation costs and sometimes also lead to health risks.
The reason for this is often to be seen in the fact that it is tightly closed and well insulated Windows are installed. Dense windows reduce an uncontrolled Air changes, multi-glazed windows prevent the formation of condensation on the Interior windows, which used to be an uncomfortable but effective air represented dampening. In addition, the building often receives an additional one Chen thermal protection so that the expensive thermal energy is not lost; reinforcing is added for the same reason that the interiors are only poorly ventilated be tested. The too humid air condenses on the masonry, the walls can no longer absorb or remove the moisture.
As an essential remedy against the formation of condensation is generally strengthened dehumidification via additional ventilation recommended and pointed out that the technical rules of construction for living rooms of 20 ° C room temperature temperature and 50% relative humidity. However, when airing there are errors committed; there are many types of thermometers and for room users Moisture meters are available, however, it is usually not for the resident expect to attach these measuring devices to the correct measuring locations and from the Measurement results the right conclusions for a building physics View proper ventilation.
In the published patent application DE 35 02 068 A1 a device as a warning, Bela power acquisition and control device for display and / or control at the Danger of condensation on or on component surfaces and on equipment objects described. This facility sees a moisture measurement of the Indoor air with a technical measured value increase. A danger is indicated and / or the measured variable is used as a switching sensor.
The device essentially consists of a measuring device for the relative air moisture, which is arranged near the component surface and a technical measurement shows an increase in value. The measured value is increased in that the measured value through a thermal barrier coating or a vapor barrier from the top of the component area is separated. The disadvantage of this solution is that air circulation is not be be taken into account and can lead to falsification of the measurement result. Au In addition, the relationship between the surface temperature of the construction partly that the room temperature and the room air humidity are not sufficiently appreciated, so that the measurement result comes to a conclusion regarding the risk of moisture damage cannot be sufficiently precise. This fact and also the kind and An untrained user does not necessarily lead to the way information is output fig on the right course of action in relation to the avoidance of moisture damage the.
In the published patent application DE 33 00 389 A1 there is a device for measuring the climate values, especially in living rooms, bedrooms and work rooms, with which the Determination of room temperatures and room humidity is possible. This device ent holds an electrical temperature and humidity sensor for immediate Surroundings. The determined values are fed to a microprocessor in which is constantly the comfort values from air temperature and relative air moisture can be calculated. The calculated values come to the limit of the comfort field, optical signals are triggered. Because of this Si gnale the user receives information "for heating", "for ventilation" or "for cooling". The method of linking measured values is not in the published patent application described in more detail. Based on the description, however, it can be assumed that the linking of the measured values and the implementation of the calculation results optical signals based on subjective experiences for comfort values. The physical connection between the mold-causing interior wall condensation and the relative room humidity as well as the temperature dif Reference of the indoor air and the inner surface are not taken into account.
A similar situation arises from the published patent application DE 41 12 198 A1. Here is a procedure for warning of relative humidity and ver reduction in the relative humidity indoors. The diminution The air humidity takes place, for example, by activating fans or of a dehumidifier. To do this, the current value is fixed in the room installed humidity sensor determined and ver with a pre-calculated switching value like. If the current value exceeds this switching value, the above-mentioned Measures triggered. The switching value is calculated and specified depending on Structures and meteorological conditions at the measuring location and then only apply under these conditions. The switching value determination is based on the Criterion to avoid moisture damage. The disadvantage here is that for each type application and each place of application a separate provision of this Switching value is required and this switching value is set manually that must. The determination of the switching value requires knowledge of the physical Relationships between temperature and indoor air humidity. A reliable Use at different locations by untrained people is not possible Lich.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object of a genus to further develop the arrangement so that the climatic conditions are under construction rooms in a simplified manner and with more precise results also through un trained people can be monitored and thus the effect of energy costs in connection with the warning of damage to health and masonry is significantly improved.
The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Two temperature sensors are provided, one of which a first temperature sensor at a freely selectable measuring position with the In NEN surface of a room is thermally coupled, the second temperature sensor near the selected measuring position at a short distance from the inside can be arranged, the measuring outputs of the two temperature sensors such as also the output of the humidity sensor with one input of the evaluations connected circuit and in the evaluation circuit blocks for logical Ver linking these three input signals are provided with each other.
The advantages are that the arrangement according to the invention is universal and is easy to use. The relationships between room temperature, the surface temperature of a component and the room air humidity are reduced sufficiently taken into account; even untrained people can climatic conditions in living, sleeping and working rooms in a simple way to control and so high energy costs as well as health and wall to avoid factory damage.
The invention takes into account the physical relationship between the mold-causing inner wall condensation and the relative room air humidity and the temperature difference between the room air and the inner surface. This relationship is approximated, but sufficiently precisely postulated by the relationship ϕ R, critical = -5 (T 2 - T 1 ) + 100, with ϕ R, critical the critical air humidity, T 1 the measurement result from the first temperature sensor and T 2 the measurement result from the second temperature sensor (see also: "Economic use of energy in buildings"; planning and construction documents, leaflet 81, page 4 ff., RKW-Verlag / Verlag TÜV Rheinland 1989).
In a corresponding embodiment of the invention, the measurement signals coming from the temperature sensors are applied to a computing element in which the above-mentioned logical combination of the determined temperature values is provided. A first difference generator (T 2 - T 1 ), pin multiplier (5th. ΔT) and a second difference generator (-5. ΔT + 100) are provided in the computing element. The output of the computing element is connected to a first input of a comparator and the signal coming from the moisture sensor is connected to a second input of the comparator. The output of the comparator is finally linked to the information output device as the output of the evaluation circuit.
By measuring and linking the three physical quantities relative air humidity in the room, inner surface temperature of the surrounding component and Room temperature in the immediate vicinity of the inner surface of the component in the illustrated way, it is possible to determine whether the relevant component surface che is in the condensate or in the condensate-free range. This statement is so the objective assessment standard for assessing proper ventilation from a building physics point of view and leads to either manual ventilation or a corresponding command for automatic ventilation by pressing a suitable actuator can be issued. Airing is usually done causes the relative humidity in the room to decrease.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the two are temperature sensors thermally decoupled from each other by an insulating layer; continues to be a vapor diffusion barrier between the moisture sensor and the inner surface intended. A higher measuring accuracy is thus achieved.
Each of the measuring outputs of the temperature sensors and the humidity sensor should an analog-digital converter and a signal amplifier can be connected downstream. Out of it there is the advantage that commercially available digital logic modules as a computing element can be used.
It is within the scope of the invention if the two temperature sensors, the Moisture sensor, the evaluation circuit and the information output device are housed in a common housing and the housing via a Bracket for positioning on the inner surface; the first should be Temperature sensor on the side of the housing facing the inner surface and the second temperature sensor and the humidity sensor on the inside face away from the housing surface.
ä.This compact design has the advantage that the arrangement is easy to use, completely brought to the measurement site and the evaluation can be made directly at the measuring location. The arrangement should be in the sem case with a handle; However, it is also conceivable that the An order to provide with a bracket that a permanent attachment allows a critical measuring position, such as suction cups or the like.
The information output device can have two LEDs of different colors to display the comparison result from the evaluation, a first LED (e.g. green) for outputting a signal in the event of an off Building physics-related ventilation and the second LED (e.g. red) is provided for signal output when ventilation is required. The LEDs can Threshold switches must be connected upstream, which makes signal output more advantageous only takes place when the measurement result is stable.
Alternatively, it is possible in a further embodiment of the invention that the two temperature sensors and the humidity sensor on a common Measuring head are arranged while the evaluation circuit and the information output device in a separate housing spatially separated from the measurement head can be accommodated.
Emp fangseinrichtungen ausgestattet. That is e.g. B. then advantageous if the connection of the result variable to a Control device is provided, which in the ventilation system of a building intervenes. For this purpose, an interpreter is responsible for the communication between the Infor Mationsausgabeeinrichtung and the control device allows, with separate Signal amplification and adaptation of the information output device after switch. The interpreter does not have to be part of the arrangement. Will be optional wireless data transfer between the device and interpreter, d. H. by radio, off guided. For this purpose, the arrangement and the interpreter with transmit or emp catching facilities equipped.
For continuous monitoring, the device can save a result data be equipped. This enables certain groups of people, such as such as experts or landlords to track the ventilation behavior of the residents perform. Here, the optical or acoustic signal output can be permanent or temporarily switched off in order to change the usual usage habits of the Not to influence residents. Data storage can be programmed in the intervals are done. The saved data can be saved via an RS 232 interface Data e.g. B. accessed in a (mobile) PC, visualized there and then given if further processed.
The link is used to monitor several damaged areas in different rooms control of several measuring stations by means of central measured value processing and output possible. Each measuring station as well as the central measuring processing and output are located which are in a separate housing with a separate power supply. Here are the above in the measuring stations physical quantities recorded and to the zen central measured value processing transmitted. Optionally, the data transmission can be cable go, d. H. by radio. For this purpose, the measuring stations or the central Measured value acquisition equipped with transmitter or receiver.
The measured value processing takes place in parallel for all acquisition points as above described. By ORing the signals for condensation, the This status is output (qualitative measured value output) as soon as one of the measuring stations NEN detected this state. If the measured value is output quantitatively, this becomes The result is output separately for each measuring point. A check for condensate and control devices are activated by means of OR combination of the individual measuring points.
For signal transmission between the sensors in the measuring head and the evaluation circuit in the housing can be a wireless connection via radio transmitter and radio be provided receiver. The measuring head can have a device for holding tion on the component surface.
For the energy supply of the arrangement, one or more commercially available che batteries and / or a power supply can be provided.

The output of the comparator 15 is linked to the input of the information output device 11 .
An example of a wireless connection between the information output device 11 and an actuator 17 is shown in FIG. 2. The actuator 17 can be the drive for a ventilation flap or for a fan motor (both ventilation devices are not shown).
The arrangement according to the invention is operated in that the housing 1 is first arranged at a freely selectable measuring position of the component surface 9 facing the room in such a way that the temperature sensor 3 is thermally coupled to the component surface 9 . The arrangement is now put into operation by actuating the switch 18 and so the measurement process on the temperature sensors 3 , 4 and on the humidity sensor 5 is triggered. The measurement results are fed to the evaluation circuit 10 via the signal paths described, where the logic combination of the two temperature measurement values described above is carried out in the computing element 14 . As a result of this link, a value for the critical air humidity near the selected measuring point of the component surface 9 is present at the first input of the comparator 15 , while at the second input of the comparator the measured value of the existing room air humidity provided by the humidity sensor 5 is present. In the comparator 15 , the critical room air humidity, based on the selected measuring point on the component surface 9 , is compared with the room air humidity actually present at the appropriate distance from the component surface 9 . The result of the comparison is passed on to the information output device 11 ; Here the LED 12 (red) is switched on, provided that the determined value of the critical room air humidity is greater than the measured value of the room air humidity actually present. If the critical room air humidity is less than the existing room air humidity, LED 13 (green) is switched on.
The relationship between the two temperature measurement variables T 1 and T 2 is shown in FIG. 3 using a diagram. For example, if a temperature difference between T 2 and T 1 of 10 ° C is determined and a room air humidity of 40% is measured by the humidity sensor 5 , the LED 13 (green) will light up via the comparator 15 . On the other hand, if the temperature difference between T 2 and T 1 of 10 ° C is 60%, the measured value for the room air humidity is 60%, so a signal is emitted by LED 12 (red).
So it is easy for every user without physical knowledge recognizable whether ventilation is necessary or not. Even in the event that on automatic actuation of ventilation devices such as ventilation flaps, fen ventilation or motor fan is omitted, ventilation can be opened manually triggered by windows or switching on ventilation fans.
