Description
The invention relates to a lamp with a sound-absorbing, reflective cover kung according to the preamble of claim 1.
From DE 36 00 915 A1 it is known to have lights with a reflector above a light by means of and a translucent shield below the illuminant at a distance to be arranged from a ceiling. It is also known, the top cover made of sheet metal or Train plastic to be highly reflective. From DE-OS 25 40 125 is known the Re just form the reflector above the illuminant as a bath luminaire and place it in one to install a flat, reflective acoustic ceiling, which is made up of individual acoustic panels becomes.
The disadvantage of these known constructions, however, is that the luminaire has acoustics ceiling does not form a functional and creative unit. Between the acoustic elements and the luminaire has no optical function connection of the light beam guidance.
The invention has therefore set itself the task of a lamp suspended from a ceiling to be designed so that they simultaneously have a sound-absorbing and thus acoustic function for the room, so that no separate acoustic ceiling is required in the interior is. The object is solved by the characterizing part of claim 1.
Due to the sound transmission of the lower shield on the one hand and the distance to a non-damping, ie reverberant ceiling on the other hand, airborne sound either hits the reflective cover of the luminaire directly or through reflection on the reverberant ceiling. By designing the reflective cover as a sound absorber according to the invention, the light reflector takes on a double function: it serves for light reflection and light deflection downwards and for airborne sound absorption. The reflective cover can be designed as a plate absorber. This requires a minimum size of around 0.4 m 2 of free-swinging area. In order to serve as a sound absorber, the area in the edge areas can be firmly connected to the lamp body. However, there should be no fastening points in the surface itself so that the surface can swing freely.
The reflective cover becomes a vibration absorber, in which it is formed either from a heavy plastic film with at least 200-300 g basis weight / m 2 or from an aluminum or sheet steel plate.
The reverberant ceiling, e.g. B. form a reinforced concrete ceiling and the reflective cover System in which there is a minimum of a gap between the reverberant ceiling and the top cover standing of 20 cm and a maximum distance of 80 cm. Are essential ab If there are deviations from these limit distances, the desired sound absorber comes effect. The reflective cover can alternatively or additionally also with sound absorption mats made of plastic or rock wool or other soundproof sorbent materials. The lower shield is preferably made of egg Nem breathable material, e.g. B. a rib metal or from another Plastic layer. The shield should definitely be translucent and could also have sound-absorbing qualities.

Fig. 1 shows the cross section through an interior space consisting of a reinforced concrete slab 10, a reinforced concrete floor 11, and windows 12 and 13. The lights 14 and 15 are suspended from the reinforced concrete ceiling 10 . Light rays show the light exit from the lamp.
Fig. 2 zeigt weitere Details. Fig. 2 shows further details. Illuminants 30 , 31 are arranged between reflective cover 21 and lower shielding 20 . Airborne sound in the interior, symbolized by a line 22, can penetrate through the lower shield 20 to the reflective cover 21 , which is designed as a light-reflecting sound absorber film.
However, the reflective cover 21 is not only damping active from its underside, but also from its upper side by sound waves 23 reflecting on the reverberant reinforced concrete ceiling 24 and being absorbed by the reflective cover 21 . So Lich is a distance between the upper sound absorbing cover 21 of the suspended lamp from the ceiling 24 , so that an acoustic system between the schallhar th ceiling and the reflective cover 21 is formed.
Fig. 3 shows a typical construction detail of the suspended lamp. On a U-shaped frame 25 is at least one sound absorption film 26 as a reflective cover, for. B. fixed by gluing in the edge region 28 . Another possibility is to insert the film or a film shrunk onto a frame. The lower shield 27 rests in the lower part of the frame 25 . In the frame 25 itself between the reflective cover 26 and the lower shield 27 , a lamp is attached to the lamp ( 29 ). Lichtstrahl development is performed by the reflective cover 26 down. The lower re shield is z. B. formed as expanded metal and has openings through which the light can enter the interior. Another sound absorption film 33 can be stretched over the lower cover, but it must be highly transparent and can be provided with light-scattering properties.
The reflective cover 26 can be designed to be reflective in different ways. B. colored white or mirrored by metallization. Despite the reflective properties, the film can have semi-transparency, so that a certain amount of light also falls into the ceiling cavity between the film and the reinforced concrete cover. It also makes sense to place several layers of film or a sound absorber mat on top cover 26 . The reflective cover can also be made from a steel or aluminum sheet that serves as an acoustic plate transducer. The function is also retained if an acoustic mat is also placed on the sheet.
The invention also provides for the lower shield to be made of expanded metal which is completely permeable to sound. Through a suitable design of the expanded metal and through the speci cal angle α of the webs 34 , 35 , a glare limitation of the light exit angle required according to DIN 5035 Part 7 can be constructed to avoid direct glare and reflex glare.
In the present example of FIG. 3, an insight into the illuminant 29 is prevented by the expanded metal sheet 27 , nevertheless light and sound can pass through the expanded metal.
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the lights according to the invention. The lamp is composed of two symmetrical parts 50 , 51 , with a Langfeldleuch tenvorrichtung 52 is arranged in the middle with symmetrical light emission. The reflective cover 53 and the lower shield 54 are tapered, so that there is a wedge-shaped cavity between the reflective cover 53 and ceiling 55 .
