Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a collecting container, preferably cubic, for central materials to be collected, with at least one insertion opening for the material and an emptying opening located under the container and one through the container passed mechanics from the top with a lifting device for the discharge opening, especially made of metal.
It is known to manufacture collecting containers from metal. The individual ele elements prefabricated, packaged and transported as a kit. Be at the destination the elements assembled into containers. A container of the generic type discloses DE 43 09 472 C2. The collection container has a substantially cubic shape on. The body of the container consists of four screens arranged on a base frame parts formed. The body of the container is stabilized by four corners reach ascending columns into which a crosshead is inserted. Sidewalls, crosshead and base frame are brought into contact with the columns by screw connections and merged into a spatial body. The side walls are cranked Elements fixed in position and pushed onto the base frame. Under the crosshead is to fix the position of the columns and to absorb the lifting forces when lifting the container a cross is arranged, which connects with diagonally opposite columns det. The container in the type shown has the disadvantage that after a long time Loosen the plug connections during use, the cross that occurs with use forces not absorbed by the insufficient screw connections become and the body of the container becomes unstable and not sufficiently rigid. Another defect is that the container is not sufficiently closed see. A prefabricated space shows a construction with the same defects according to DE 39 03 770 A1. The basic flaws of this solution are the same as the solution presented above. Here too, the cause of the existing inadequacies Differences and reductions in the properties in use in the use of Look for pillars in the corner areas. The invention relates to a connecting piece ze for the production of container housings or spatial bodies, with the help of which a form conclusive connection that can be released at any time between the support and the floor or Roof plate of the room body is made. Although largely with this solution Wooden parts are used for the body, so the solution according to the script is ent take that pillars are provided in the corner areas with which the floor or the base frame and the main or roof of the room body ver with the side walls be stretched. The bracing takes place here by means of releasable connecting elements, designed as a pin and cap screws. With this chosen construction there is a resolution solution to the stability in the case of somewhat rough use as a collecting container lubricated. DE 43 42 366 A1 presents a spatial body made up of one floor, one Roof element and longitudinal and transverse walls is formed. The corners of the body are formed as corner supports with a box-like profile, the edge strips of both are bent outwards into the plane of the adjoining walls and as Leg ends, edge strips provided on the inner surface of the adjoining walls, overlapping, reaching over and behind the walls. The corner supports are on a basic frame men arranged by means of a releasable connecting element and thus form with the Base frame and the side walls a positive and positive connection. The Connection of the side walls via the leg ends of the profile sheets does not allow sta bile connection of the body parts of the room body, since the side walls with the corner supports not directly non-positively or positively held by connecting elements are. With prolonged use of the room body and a burden of constant change set is a destruction of the stability of the container and thus its unusability after a short time. DE 92 16 312.2 U1 discloses a collection container for waste glass. The container is made of sheet metal and has closed side walls. The contours of the container are welded together the individual elements. There is a carrying insert on the head of the collecting container arranged, which traverses the opposite side walls of the container. Of the Carrying insert partially protrudes from the container and divides the head of the container into two diametrically opposite parts. This classification is technological an increased effort in the manufacture of the container head is recorded. Besides, is due to the formation of edges and angles, corrosion protection only with a great deal of effort wall possible. In addition, the possibility of contamination is significantly increased, whereby the maintenance effort increases because containers of this type are used in residential areas arrive and aesthetic demands are placed on them.
The invention is based on the object, a collecting container, with a preference wise cubic shape, to create for centrally collected materials that allows from a kit of individual parts a torsionally stiff, permanently solid, noise to receive reduced and low-maintenance collection containers.
According to the invention the task is characterized by the main features solved. The features of the defining claims 2-14 support the solution according to the invention and justify the advantageous inventive design of the Container, which can be seen above all in the fact that one of a kit mating collecting container of the generic type at the place of use to a compact torsionally rigid space body can be assembled, the components of which have received advantageous training according to the invention and by their shape in one other fit together so that the initial rigidity of the container too is not resolved by the dynamic forces of continuous use. The invent Figuration according to the invention of the individual parts of the container is concentrated in the number and Training only on essential functional parts. This allows the previously used Columns and corner supports are eliminated. The vertical forces as well as the transverse forces are through a sensible shaping of the individual parts and a corresponding cooperation taken and do not lead to the fact that the spatial body becomes unstable and its functional stability loses.
It is advantageous to note that the main container has a completely closed shape and together with the other parts of the container hermetically sealed NEN, only forms through the opening openings in the rest position. This makes it possible to ge with soundproofing linings of the interior avoid noise pollution in the environment as far as possible. The immediately below the Traverse arranged in the interior of the container increases the torsional rigidity and the dimensional stability of the container. The fact that all functional and body parts of the Containers are formed from metal, a simple, uncomplicated disposal is weary possible collecting container.
The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.

The collecting container 1 acc. Fig. 1 has a substantially quadranguläre shape with four side walls 2. The side walls 2 are smooth and rest on a Grundrah men 4th The base frame 4 jumps with its dimensions over the contours of the side walls 2 and extends with a free part cantilevered over the contour formed with the side walls 2 Be. As a result, a stop 22 is formed which, when placed next to one another, avoids scratches and dents from several containers. Flaps 19 are arranged in the base frame 4 , from which the valuable materials slide out after the container has been lifted when the flaps are open. An insertion opening 6 is provided in each side wall 2 lying opposite one another. The container 1 is closed by a container head 5 . The main 5 is shaped according to the contours ter 1 and connected to the side walls 2 . On the container head 5 , a suspension element 7 is fixedly arranged in the middle. A pulling tube, which is connected via pulling means to the bottom flaps 19 for their actuation, protrudes centrally from the container head 5 in a known manner. On the protruding end of the draw tube, a white teres 7 is provided. The suspension means 7 are ring eyelets which are designed in a known manner and which are brought into connection with lifting equipment of a hoist. From the point of view of improved stability and an aesthetic shape of the container, the surface of the head is shaped like a truncated cone. The container 1 consists of mountable items, the shape and manner of the management is to be explained below.
The side walls 2 are made of sheet metal as shown in FIGS. 7, 8 and 9 and angled to determine their contours on the outer surfaces. Fig. 7 shows a plan view of a side wall 2 of the container 1. The top view shows the position and the angular position of the folds 11 ; 12, in the assembled state of the container 1, the side edges 3 '' of the corner portions 3; 3 'with train. Fig. 8 shows the detail -Z- Be tenbereich of the wall 2nd It can be seen that the bevel 12 attaches to a straight, projecting part of the side wall 2 and is inclined at an angle α of approximately 45 ° behind the front of the wall 2 . On the top, here with the Zei chenplane running parallel, the bevels 15 ; 16 , which can be seen in FIG. 7 on the upper and lower sides of the side wall 2 . For a connec tion with releasable connecting means in the fold 12 and in the fold conditions 15 ; 16 holes are provided, the location and meaning of which can be seen from the following figures. Fig. 9 shows the detail -Z- corresponding to Fig. 7 and 8 in a Seitenan view in which the bevel 12 has been omitted. At the top of the side wall 2 , on the part facing the main 5 , a horizontal bend 15 is arranged at right angles to the side wall, which is followed by a bend 16 at an angle of 90 ° from the bend 15 . The bevel 15 and the bend 16 are identical in shape and dimension to the edge regions of the head 5 , the contour and design of which are to be shown below in FIGS. 10 and 11. It should not go unmentioned that the side wall 2 has on its side assigned to the base frame 4 during assembly an inwardly bent edge 13 with which it rests on the base frame 4 . The design of the container head 5 is shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. Fig. 10 shows the main 5 of the container 1 in a plan view. The position and arrangement of the crossmember 14 is sensibly linked to the suspension means 7 . The drawing ner representation shows for the viewer that the cross member 14 is arranged on the underside of the main 5 . It traverses two opposite sides of the container 1 . Fig. 11 shows a schematic representation of the formation of the edges of the head 5 , which correspond to the bends of the side walls 2 . On the lower right outer edge of the head 5 , an inward facing support 17 is angled. In the interior, parallel to the vertical outside of the head 5 , a bend 18 is arranged parallel to the support 17 and at a necessary distance from the vertical side of the head 5 . According to the explanations now explained, all individual parts of the container 1 can be manufactured separately. The fit production of the parts of the container 1 allows their transport as individual parts in the kit and their assembly at the destination. The details -X- and -Y- in Fig. 1 are in the Seitenan view in Figs. 2 and 4 and in plan view in Figs. 3 and 5 partially shown in section. Fig. 3 shows the detail -X- as a plan view with mounted on this section corresponding individual parts forming the container. On the Grundrah men 4 , a connector 8 is welded. The connector 8 is arranged at a necessary distance from the base frame 4 at an angle of 45 ° to the center axes. The connecting piece 8 has a through hole. The Seitenwän de 2 are placed with their lower bevels 13 on the base frame 4 and protrude with their bevels 13 in the direction of the inside of the connector 8th You are from both sides - overlapping in parallel - arranged so that they are brought together by the connec tion element 9 with the connector 8 and connected. The lower folds of the side walls 2 have through holes with which the side walls can be screwed. This forms the corner connection of the Abkan lines 11 ; 12 of the side walls 2 with the base frame 4 a solid stable unit. It is of course correct and understandable to those skilled in the art that in the corner region 3 now formed along the side edge 3 '' in the vertical direction the bevels 11 ; 12 received several connections in their course up to the head 5 . Fig. 5 shows a similar connection as Fig. 3, which the corner connection on the Grundrah men 4 is inclined and the main 5 of the container 1 with the corner region 3 of the side walls 2 Be on the top of the container 1 connects. Of course, the connector 8 is opposite the connector 8 on the base frame 4 here . As can be seen from the illustration, the same connection arrangement has been chosen here as is shown in FIG. 3. FIGS. 5 and 3 show that on the Seitenkan th 3 '' the formation of the corner region, especially arranged Ver also binding members 9 overlapping, a cover strip is provided from an aesthetic and functional point of view, with the connecting elements 9 in the region of the Base frame 4 and the main 5 is held. It need not be emphasized here that the formation of the corner areas 3 ; 3 'and the side edges 3 ''on all four side edges 3 ''of the container 1 is the same. FIGS. 2 and 4 show the representation from FIGS. 3 and 5 complete the arrangement of the connecting pieces 8 on the base frame 4 and on the head 5 and their direction of operation in the corner area 3 ; 3 ′. Fig. 4 shows the detail of the unit -Y- completing the arrangement of the cross member 14 as a section in detail in its position in the corner area 3 '. Referring to FIG. 6, the corresponding forms of the side wall 2 of the cross member 14 and the head portion 5 as here. The head 5 is placed with its support 17 on the bevel 15 of the side wall 2 . For a locking of the head 5 in the transverse direction, the bends 16 ; 18 brought into a facility. The cross member 14 engages with its spar 20 under the folds 15 ; 17th The cross member 14 with its vertical spar part 21 is in operative connection with the bend 18 . The elements 15 ; 17 ; 20 , and in the vertical direction the elements 16 ; 18 ; 21 are held in position by a connecting element 9 . The by joining the bevels 15 ; 17 and the bends 16 ; 18 connection arrangement formed by the connecting elements 9 is provided in predetermined intervals on the entire side walls 2 in the area of the head 5 in the container 1 . As already shown in connection with FIG. 3, the side walls 2 are placed on the base frame 4 by means of bevels 13 and screwed together by means of connecting elements 9 . This screw connection follows the same system as the screw connection of the side walls 2 to the main 5 of the container 1 . The interaction of the training of the corner areas 3 ; 3 ', the connec gene of the side edges 3 ''and the cross member 14 spanning under the main 5 , two sides of the container 1 in the interior, with their elements 15 ; 16 ; 17 ; 18 ; 20 ; 21 formed connection system, ensures after installation of the container 1 a fully compact, torsion-free, torsion-free design of the container 1st The Einord voltage of the cross member 14 and its customized element configuration has the effect that the tensile forces, which are entered by the lifting means in the container 1 , absorbed by the edge region of the side walls 2 and the main 5 and transmitted via the side walls in the base frame . The constructive training mainly creates tensile forces. The transverse forces are absorbed by the width of the spar 20 and distributed over the container elements.
