Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ventilation system with heat recovery, with a processor control fans for fresh and exhaust air due to physical parameters detected by sensors and from Controls switches to influence the program flow. Such Systems are well known and are used for energy saving reasons used in residential buildings and especially in such residential buildings, whose windows are sealed so that no natural air there is more exchange. This causes problems with the Moisture inside homes and resulting in a increased mold formation. Is also an increase of To observe allergy diseases, for example, through the house dust mite. For this reason, the above-mentioned. Ventilation systems are increasingly used.
The invention is based on the task of a ventilation system to create the kind of ventilation that is optimal Dependency on criteria occurring in living spaces, e.g. air moist, formaldehyde content and CO₂ content, a needs-based automatic ventilation is guaranteed.
The object is achieved by the in claim 1 specified features solved. By capturing physical Parameters such as the temperatures of fresh and exhaust air as well the moisture content or the proportion of pollutants ensures optimal regulation of air exchange. Through the Division into several voltage ranges based on freely selectable Switch positions and the continuous regulation within the Voltage ranges due to parameters detected by sensors there is a simple, energy-optimized ventilation control.
It has proven advantageous to use the voltage ranges for the Fresh air fan of at least one of the conditions Fresh air temperature, evaporator temperature, switch of the fresh air fans, supply air temperature, speed switch or Filter change indicator can be determined. According to the Fresh air fan operated at nominal voltage when a speed is switched on.
A regulation of the exhaust air fan according to the invention is achieved if he's in an adjustable range or a fixed range Maximum voltage based on output values of the fan switch, the evaporator temperature and / or the speed switch is operated. If the ventilation system also has a compressor on, the compressor can according to the invention based on criteria like turning on both fans, operating the room temperature controller, the fresh air temperature, the supply air temperature and the service life of the compressor can be controlled. The program sequence of the ventilation system can combine according to the invention if the processor control after a pre time that can be given on the display generates an ad that requires a filter replacement and the ventilation system switches off after a further definable time, provided that displayed conditions are not met. It turned out to be proven advantageous if a moisture sensor and / or a damage substance sensor are arranged in the duct of the exhaust air and / or in rooms, based on their values, the fans in the specified ranges of their Speed can be regulated. A preheating of the fresh air can can be achieved if a geothermal heat exchanger in the fresh air duct is arranged and a fresh air flap switching the Fresh air causes. The fresh air flap and the activation of the Geothermal heat exchanger can, according to the invention, depend on the temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger, the temperature of the fresh air be controlled on the device and / or the fresh air temperature. At A ventilation system with an air collector can operate in winter the fresh air damper can be switched to the air collector when the temperature at the air collector is greater than the fresh air temperature and the temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger.
In a ventilation system with a cooling device, this is according to the invention depending on the fresh air temperature switches, cooling device and heating device against each other are locked. This voltage range is divided into two control ranges, the range limit being 180 volts. The exhaust fan 13 is operated in the first control range when the fan switch is actuated and the program has not been switched off, the evaporation temperature is <-8 ° Celsius and the speed switch has not been actuated. If, on the other hand, the evaporation temperature is additionally <-13 ° Celsius, the nominal voltage of 220 volts is applied to the exhaust air fan 13 . The exhaust fan 13 is either switched off via the customer program, or if the fan switch has not been actuated, or the filter change indicator has not been unlocked for longer than a predetermined time, for example seven days. As with the fresh air fan 6 , the customer can program the running time with the exhaust air fan 13 . Intervention in the programmed temperature settings is only possible via a PC.
The compressor 19 is switched on by the output circuit 37 via a digital output according to corresponding control specifications if the room temperature controller both switches for the ventilators 6 and 13 are actuated, the fresh air temperature is <9 ° Celsius, the supply air temperature is less than 55 ° Celsius and the compressor must be switched off for at least five minutes. The compressor 19 is switched off in all other cases and additionally provided that the filter change indicator is not unlocked for more than seven days. If the supply air temperature continues more than three times a 10 sec. or 2 min. are continuously above 55 ° Celsius within 15 minutes, the compressor is switched off. The LCD display indicates that customer service must be notified.
The control of the solenoid valve 20 takes place after a hysteresis, the solenoid valve 20 being switched on if the evaporation temperature is <-13 ° Celsius and is switched off when the evaporation temperature exceeds 4 ° Celsius. Like all temperature data, these temperatures are examples and can only be changed by customer service.
Filters can be arranged in the device 1 in front of the supply and exhaust air fans. By a time to be programmed, after this time has elapsed, one of the light-emitting diodes 43 signals by means of a flashing indicator that a filter exchange is required. If the filter is not replaced within a week, the system is automatically switched off completely.
On the basis of sensors 41 for the moisture or pollutants, the fresh air fan 6 and the exhaust air fan 13 are controlled by changing the speeds in the predetermined control areas. With increasing humidity, for example, the air volumes are increased. If the humidity and pollutant values decrease, the speed is regulated depending on the controlled variable for the setpoint deviation. At maximum pollutant concentration in at least one of the two sensors 41 , the fresh air fan 6 and the exhaust air gate 13 are operated at maximum voltage.
For an existing geothermal heat exchanger 5, the temperature is further detected structure of the geothermal heat exchanger 5 via one of the sensors 41 and the temperature of fresh air to the housing. 1 The fresh air flap 3 is connected to the output circuit 37 for control purposes. If the temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger is greater than the air temperature during winter operation, the fresh air flap 3 is actuated such that the fresh air is supplied via the geothermal heat exchanger 5 . In summer operation, the geothermal heat exchanger 5 is switched on when the fresh air temperature <24 ° Celsius and the earth temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger 5 is lower than the fresh air temperature.
If an air collector 4 is also used, there is the additional condition for winter operation that the fresh air flap 3 switches to the geothermal heat exchanger 5 when the temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger 5 is greater than the fresh air temperature and the temperature of the air collector 4 . On the other hand, if the temperature of the air collector 4 is greater than the fresh air temperature and the temperature of the geothermal heat exchanger 5 , the fresh air flap is actuated in such a way that the fresh air is guided through the air collector.
Has the ventilation system - as shown in Fig. 1 - a cooling device 8 , but the cooling can only be switched on when the compressor is switched off. This means that the cooling device 9 and the heat pump are locked against each other. To switch on the cooling mode, a cooling thermostat is switched on and the fresh air temperature must be more than 22 ° Celsius.
If the exhaust air temperature detected by a sensor 41 in the summer months during the night is greater than the fresh air temperature of <16 ° Celsius, the exhaust air flap 12 is actuated such that the summer bypass 15 is switched on, so that the cross-heat exchanger 7 is bypassed. At the same time, the compressor 19 and the first exhaust fan 13 are switched off. If, on the other hand, the fresh air temperature is <16 ° Celsius, the exhaust air temperature is less than 22 ° Celsius or the fresh air temperature and the above-mentioned calendar days and time values supplied by the time unit 33 are not met, the exhaust air flap is switched back to the first exhaust air fan 13 and cross-heat exchanger 7 .
Due to this comprehensive control and regulation options of the ventilation and heating system according to the invention, an optimum setting for the room temperature can be achieved with given air compositions for almost any situation, heat recovery and alternative heat sources being used for reasons of cost savings and for a lower environmental impact. By installing fans 6 and 13 , filters for supply and exhaust air, a device for the condensate drain, a device for a plate heat exchanger and an additional module consisting of a small air / air heat pump including compressor, evaporator and condenser. In a housing 1 you get a compact structure of the ventilation system that can be easily accommodated.
Sie bewirkt sowohl die interne Gerätesteuerung des kältetechnischen Teils und der Drehzahlregelung der Ventilatoren 6, 13 und 14 als auch die externe Steuerung der Frischluftklappe 3 sowie der Abluftklappe 12.Essential to the invention is the interaction of all components, which is ensured by the regulation and control by the processor 31 . It effects both the internal device control of the refrigeration part and the speed control of the fans 6 , 13 and 14 as well as the external control of the fresh air flap 3 and the exhaust air flap 12 .
By additional, for example in the exhaust air duct and NEN rooms attached sensors that respond to various criteria that occur in living rooms, such as CO₂, moisture or formaldehyde content, the speeds of the fans are controlled so that a needs-based automatic ventilation tion takes place. At the same time, the temperature in the evaporator 18 of the heat pump part is continuously checked and icing is prevented by an automatic speed control, so that an energy-optimized mode of operation takes place.
